Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West

I've stayed here before and everything was very nice and accomodating.

that at check in if using a debit card that your amount is being put on a "hold" and then when you check out they are technically charging your card again! I only had one set amount on the card I used so it was weeks going back and forth with the manager etc because the lady at check in put it in that I paid cash instead of card so they tried to charge my card like 3-4xs after my stay! this alone will cause me not to stay here again!

Beautiful property.. spacious rooms

No microwave.. have to warm your food downstairs. You also have to drop a 50$ deposit per stay, they say it’s refunded within 3-5 business days but has been almost 2 weeks with no refund.

The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The food at the restaurant, though expensive, was delicious. Ade was our bartender/server and he was excellent!

The location wasn't very convenient to other restaurants if you wanted to walk. The pillows on the bed were horrible.

Loved the bed, gym facilities, and the outdoor lounge area. Lots of food options close by.

The shuttle stopped running from the airport at 11:45pm. Our flight came in at 1am. And the back entrance to the hotel didn't look inviting.

My girlfriend and I were in Atlanta for a mini vacay and decided to lodge at Four Points, and our stay was amazing! The beds were super comfortable, tv big and bright, showers clean and super hot, and the room clean as well. I love how we weren’t more than 15 minutes away from everything including Six Flags. Only thing is the room didn’t come with a microwave, but there is one in the lobby/common area. I learned at check out that upon check in you have to request a room with a microwave seeing as how every room doesn’t have one yet. Also be prepared to have an additional $50-$100 charged on top of your room amount for incidentals, but the money will be returned if the room is left in tact. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great location, clean hotel and beds were comfortable.

My flight was delayed 3hrs, I did not like how they state theres 24/7 shuttle service and I wasn't able to get a shuttle to the hotel from the airport at 2am. The overnight front desk agent stated they have stop shuttle service at the moment and the next available shuttle will be available at 3:30am-4:00am. I payed $30 taxi 🚕 to get to the hotel after a long stressful night.

Velvet the morning waitress and the front desk staff during the am shift was wonderful. I'd stay just again just for the breakfast and her wonderful hospitality!

Not enough towels in my room for the amount of individuals that were on the reservation.

The beds were super comfortable. The receptionist and bartender was great. Perfect location. 4 mins away from eateries and shopping centers. Friendly owner.

I had to go to the front desk to get my own towels.

The customer service from front desk was awesome. This is our 2nd stay at Four Points, and the front desk is always great. Our room was nice, and big definitely no complaints there. The location is definitely nice, everything right there good, and shopping within minutes of the hotel. Not to to mention there's airport shuttle to and from the airport, if you choose to use it FREE. The hotel also has a bar for the drinkers. So you don't have to get out to drink, and drive. Now isn't that nice.

It was an easy check-in and check out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was so close to the airport. I appreciate the hotel offering a free shuttle to the airport.

It looked as if the room was not used for awhile and I saw some old tea bags on the floor and a couple of water bugs that should have been vacuum up.
