Atlanta Airport Marriott

The hotel was very upscale and offered the convenience of dining without having to go anywhere. The food was way over priced for the dishes served.

The front staff were very condescending and seemed stuck up. I did not not like there demeanor at all. I felt like they could not be bothered with my concerns. I also tried contacting the location about an overcharge for the room and again very unhelpful and I could hear another employee in background talking to the associate helping me and she was very rude. It was obvious that they did not believe me and gave nothing but excuses so they could get me off the phone. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was a breeze. The valet and staff were just great! We literally came for the indoor/outdoor pool for the unofficial start of summer. The kids had a blast! My favorite thing about my stay was the bar! Great bartender. Margaritas were delish, and I'd go back for the burger alone. Split a chocolate cake with the kiddos, and it did not miss!!!

The inside pool area needed some attention. Kind of gunky around the chairs and drains like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Breakfast fast good had a variety of choices

The beds are very low and uncomfortable rooms aren’t as big as it looks online my back was hurting staying for 5 nights. The water pressure was horrible took forever just to shower, and 25$ parking is just too much after paying so much just for the room close to airport but nothing around the area to walk to.

Most of all we liked the staff! All members of the staff that we were in touch with were really nice. Also, we lost cash in the front desk area without noticing and when we asked the next day whether they had found any money, they had all our cash in an enveloppe and were able to return it to us! We very much appreciated the staff’s honest handling of our lost funds!

Especially the staff and the Shuttle Service was very fast also because I had to be on time for a meeting related an event for www.iec.club and I've been perfectly on time thanks to that fast and safe Shuttle pilot, congrats Marriott!

Some people talk about Marriott should be elite or too snob. False, I've seen also very nice Airport Hostess inside the Shuttle speaking about how Marriott is friendly and no a snob kind elite hotel.

The gym/pool and staff couldn't of been better, everyone was super friendly. They were all super helpful and the fitness center is awesome 24/7 and it has fabulous equipment

The food, it was all terrible. Got a salad with grilled chicken and the chicken had a rubbery texture to it and had no flavor and was $16.00, then I had breakfast which was a white egg white omelet and there was so much grease on it I had to wipe it down with a napkin. So I don't recommend you eat there if you are looking for healthier options!

Bed was comfy Being a retired nurse, I always do some cleaning myself when I come into the room. Are used a Clorox wipe on the hairdryer, and the Clorox wipe was brown when I got it clean. It appears that no one wipes down the hairdryer each time.

Make sure you clean the hairdryer each time. Everything else was spotless!

We love how clean the property was, most of the workers were extremely helpful and nice. Help with directions and all!

I got charged for my personal traveling purse, I’ve been traveling with the same bag for almost a year, I travel with the same bag again and I didn’t get changed for it. I want my refund of $80 back.

free shuttle to airport that runs every 15 min; very helpful staff; updated and clean rooms; in-room refrigerator and microwaves on each floor; 6 large elevators, so never a wait to get in one; pools and great onsite restaurant; baby cot available

my only complaint was that by around 8pm, many items on the room service menu were unavailable. other than that, fantastic stay!

I loved the customer service. The staff was great! They helped me find my Marriot Bonvoy number. Eventhough there was no room service, the hotel food options were great! I ordered the lemon pepper wings twice. I love that they were whole wings. I enjoyed my hotel stay.

I didn't like being bit outside by the pool. The sitting area near the pool area was not cleaned. The cushions on the furniture were dirty, and we were bitten by some type of insect.
