Extended Stay America Suites - Tampa - Airport - Spruce Street

The location and price was the reason that I selected this hotel, but the employees are the reason that I am giving it the highest rating (Maxine Phillips). She was busy but so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and ready early and she was happy to accommodate the early arrival. She took the time to walk outside to point out restaurants within walking distance. She even called the room to make sure everything was to our liking.

Room was very clean and quiet. AC unit was quiet as well and efficient. Very comfortable bed and great hot water for showers. Also AM breakfast included had great dark Colombian coffee with pastries, muffins, and granola bars. Room had great kitchen setup with nearly full sized fridge/freezer unit.

I liked how my room came with a kitchen, I honestly think that's a huge plus. When you turn on the television your immediately introduced on how to use the the TV Guide and it tells you things to do inside the hotel. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the seats were comfortable.

The shower was a little difficult to use at first, And their wasn't any hand sanitizer available in the room. And I hate how drinking water was hard to come by, You would need to purchase 1 bottle at the vending machine which is a inconvenient.

The staff. They are very helpful an polite an patient. The room was very clean. they made my experience here pleasant. The manager is amazing she's very understanding an down to earth and more than willing to help.

The fridge was a little rust on the freezer door and I had no hot water on the bathroom sink! The shower had hit water

Staff was super friendly and welcoming 🙏, hotel was clean and peaceful. Fairly priced while all other hotels upcharged during taylor swift concert.

It was very quiet. I loved the location. For the most part that I loved was that I felt safe. Because I traveled for the first time by myself. I will stay again In the near future.

The only thing I noticed was. The front entrance doors were dirty. They should be wiped down at least once an hour. Pending incoming guests.

The lady at the front desk that check me in.felt inviting. The room was clean the bed was comfy.

Location was amazing. Close from most of the attractions from the city. Great location area with full of food markets options. The room was big and very clean. Parking its free and full of space. thank you so much.

I love everything especially the manager or supervisor miss Dali she is a angel she care about what people are going through not like the other one that doesn't care about anything give you attitude no simpathi for anyone she should be transfer or she don't like people she is in the wrong company
