Quality Inn and Suites Riverfront

We did get a slightly handicapped room. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were very supportive for my neck. The view of the river was beautiful. The staff was very helpful when the kitchen staff found my husband having a low sugar reaction. They responded quickly to his needs, fed him orange juice and a muffin, filled a plate for me, and brought him back to our room! We spoke to the person at the front desk when checked out. He explained there were many renovations going on throughout the hotel Beef O'Brady's is finally reopening next week, Too bad we will not be back there for a while! We will be coming back eventually for another stay. We will call first the next time.

There were no handicapped rooms available for me, There was only one bar to grab on to. My physical situation needs more bars to hang on to. The floor in the room was very dirty. The bottom of my white socks turned black, Plastic forks were not cleaned up from the last guest(s). The last guest in that room stole the remote to the television. We had to call the front desk to replace it, The cleaning staff threw out our leftover pizza by accident we had planned to eat after we went swimming in the pool.

From the moment I walked in with my 4 children - ages 8, 6 and twin 4 yr olds, the clerk was so down to earth. My children were so EXCITED that we were there. That they were a bit louder than I would've liked but after I called to them to simmer down she said," mam, if you don't mind then we surely dont mind. We understand kids are kids and they can be loud and all over the place. No worries about us." As a single mother of 4 that had to be the most comforting thing I could've heard. She set the tone for my stay in a relax, comfortable state of mind rather than to be nervous and overwhelmed the whole time. For the first time in what seems like months did I relax. She signed me up for the choice program after caring enough by asking what brought us there and learning we would be back frequently. She was very upbeat and positive. Great person to be working your front desk. The room was incredible. Just what this single mama needed! It was two rooms made into one but one side being a living room area and the other the bedroom. The living area had a pull out sofa, nice desk, mini fridge, sink area, comfy chair, flat and screen tv. It was very spacious and nice to have that since of quiet time without being nervous of them doing something they should not be. The bedroom side was very spacious as well.

There was not anything I did not like. They have a beautiful view of the river, lush green grass, clean in the lobby, throughout the walk ways across all 3 buildings, the pool area was well kept and spacious, large rooms, 24 hr gym access, laundry area, vending & soda machines.

Upon arrival, my check-in was handled by Melody. She was very professional, friendly, engaged, and attentive. I asked if I could have a room that was located in a low traffic, quiet part of the property, and she not only gave me the perfect room, but it also had a river view! She and another gentleman at the front desk were both positive and always made me feel valued on both a personal level and as a customer. The breakfast bar and entire dining area (tables, floors and windows) were always kept clean and the food was hot, well stocked and perfectly prepared. I appreciated the variety of options too. Kudos to the kind and courteous woman who continuously smiled as she cleaned up behind many very messy dinners. Finally, my room was comfortable, spotless and smelled fresh. My thanks go to Melody and all the wonderful staff members. I shall recommend this property to others, and I know I'll return often - since a close family member recently moved to the region and I plan to visit many times throughout the coming months and years.

It was close and grateful for the service.

The carpet was not clean. Made the bottom of our feet dirty. The Beef o Bradys was terrible. Staff was lazy. Saw people walking out because of No service!!!! I walked around to the kitchen. And they were just standing around. I ask when are food was coming they said in a few min. When it did come out the fish was almost burnt. Got into it when we said we were not paying for the food. to pls give us our drink tap. One of the staff called my husband a SOB and other rude Names. Shouting the whole time. So we walked. They needs to go. I was the most awful thing coming from the staff.

Excellent view of the River / great staff / location is perfect to walk to other nearby facilities / great rooms for people with service dogs or regular furry friend.

the breakfast needs to be worked on. If this is a continental breakfast, you may want to have bagels / toast or croissants instead of so many muffins - the pancake machine is an excellent touch - other than that, you should have a full Continental Breakfast.

Breakfast was very good a lot of variety but I was really missing an option for toast or bagels. Also only one type of milk was offered I was looking for skim or a non dairy and only 2% was available but it was still very good! Loved the river view and being able to walk on the docks at sunrise.

The restaurant attached was currently down for remodel it would’ve been a more convenient food option for me.

Breakfast had options but would have liked bananas/apples as an option.

Notice o your website that restaurant was closed would have been helpful. And Although staff handled midnight loiter blaring their vehicles music, it would’ve been nice if it didn’t happen at all as I had an early wake-up. Also woke up to female sleeping in her vehicle parked next to mine..

This is our 3rd time staying here in the past 6 months. Glad the adjoining restaurant was reopened this visit. Food was great. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices

We enjoined the biscuit and gravy they had the last 2 visits. Not real fond of the eggs that we had this visit.

Convenient location, fridge and microwave in the room.

the bathroom wasn’t clean had several pieces of hair in the tub that prevented me from taking a bath. I reported it to the front desk with pictures and she apologized and offered to move me to another room but I had just settled all my stuff in the upstairs room and didn’t feel like moving all the Stuff I had to another room. She didn’t offer to give a discount on the room or have someone come in and clean it.

Great views of river from the room and restaurant. Good restaurant. Well kept building and grounds. Helpful front desk.

Breakfast was poor. Only fruit was old Florida oranges suitable for juice, not eating; no bananas or apples. The biscuits were hard and dry. No toast. No covered connection between outer building and main; got wet walking to the restaurant.
