All in all very perfect! The employees were very nice and helpful. We were even able to stay one our longer as I was ill the last day. Disneyparks and Universal Park are quite close and reachable via uber. Shuttle service runs very late so not really recomendable..

Breakfast is horrible! Only pork! No kosher food! No fruit, no fish! Coffee was okish. The rest was mainly fat and sugar! the really have to rethink this! No foodoptions are close. Only a Target-Market is 5 min away.

It was my third time vising Orlando and my first time at this hotel - by far the best I have ever stayed at! I had a great vacation! Everything exceeded my expectations: the room (King Studio) was large enough, having every facility a studio should have; it was super clean, the air conditioning was easy to set up high or low; the poolside area is awesome; the breakfast very good; the staff went above and beyond to try to charge my phone before checking out (my charger adapter wasn't cooperating well with the outlet). If you are in need of some necessary things (even in the middle of the night), the hotel has a mini-store; you can buy detergent, sunscreen, snacks, microwavable soups and other foods, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, fruits, toys etc. The area has a Target across the street, a few very good restaurants, a Five Below... All in all, I had an awesome stay!

It's not that I didn't like it, but I really did miss having vegetables at breakfast. It was in no way a minus for me, having Target just across the hotel!

Location was excellent, only five minutes from disney. If you're holiday is simply centred on visiting disney and the other theme parks car hire is not necessary, free shuttle buses to the disney park and you can just avail of uber taxis who have great rates. Hotel facilities from the outdoor swimming pool to the gym were excellent. Cable and satellite TV channels available like showtime also. Cleanliness of hotel was excellent also as were the staff. Nearby Target store was big plus too.

Nothing really. Maybe a choice of a few more restaurants closer by but it seems in the near future there will be more setting up in the area. It's only a five minute drive to kissimmee if you need a better selection of restaurant.

location , price , pool, fire pit , stores were very close aswell. parking was convenient. we were within 30 mins of everywhere we wanted to go , would have given a straight 10 all around if housekeeping came daily without having to request. I kept forgetting it wouldn’t come unless we requested it. we definitely will go back in the future and would highly recommend this location to anyone. we are a family of 7 and this was the perfect hotel for us. They definitely accommodated us by allowing us to check in early check in was at 3 pm we got there 7am. I was so appreciative after driving 14 hours all night I was very exhausted. so for that we actually decided to stay an extra night . I went on booked the same room and they were able to keep us in that same room .

housekeeping was not automatically provided due to -lack of staff- they would provide it if requested daily . I kept having to put trash outside door and going to front desk for towels and trash bags. we requested 2 extra blankets and never got them one night so asked for them the next day at front desk they were then given to us.

The location - Flamingo Crossing - is a plus, near Disney parks, is a new location under development. When the open mall is finished, it will be a winning location with great hotel options, shopping (Target, Walgreens), and food & beverages (Five Guys, Wendy's).

Operations and staff needs improvement. They are not friendly enough for Disney’s standards and are still struggling with its operations. They can’t do the basics yet. I didn’t get housekeeping for 4 consecutive days, after telling them during check-in that I wanted daily.

It is a new hotel built a year ago. Everyhing is new and clean.The breakfast is fantastic. It's got everything we are looking for laundry facility, fitness center, full kitchen with all silverware supplied. The shower pressure is the best, my husband rave about it.🤣

Cleanliness

Two staff members a red head at night followed my daughter and I to the pool area at night to remove us from there even though the door was opened. Same woman later told my daughter to get off the luggage carrier, my daughter had cut her leg and didn't want to walk. She was unnecessarily confrontational. The day I left I called in the morning a male answered, I asked for help with my luggage, I am ADA and he said he had no one available. I didn't mention I was ADA. I had mentioned this incident to the woman who checked me out she was kind and polite and said she would address the matter.

the rooms where exactly what we needed. when ever we go away having the bedrooms separate makes all the difference at the end of the day when we the parents want to just watch tv and have the littles go to bed without being kept awake. it was perfect. i was so surprised by everything in the kitchen, there was so much things thought of that would be amazing if we were staying there for a week long vacation. it was clean, the pool is heated, there is a little shop downstairs to buy from (though a little pricy and lacked in some healthy options), breakfast was great, you could make your own mickey mouse waffles which the kids loved but the line was a bit nuts to get too but we did get some. honestly did just love the place.

the only negatives if i had to put on it was it was pricier than other hotels we have stayed in but at the same time i understand why. as i mentioned about the shop was great to have in the lobby but would of liked to see a few healthy options to choose from. but honestly i cant really complain there was nothing about the hotel itself i can say i disliked bar these tiny things.

The pool was great for my kids. Location es very near Disney parks and you could see the fireworks, partially, from the pool and room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Breakfast. For adults it was always the same, powder eggs, potatoes and sausage. For my kids they have the Mickey shaped waffles which they loved, I just didn’t like the adults option. In addition, It’s a pet friendly hotel and my kids are a little afraid from dogs. Sometimes, when a dog would enter the elevator the smell would stay. However, the staff would clean it asap.

very clean facilities, i was surprised at how close the property was to disney… everything you need is conveniently located to this hotel. my kids loved the pool and it was very kid friendly with bar and grill.. food was really good too!

the breakfast didn’t have much variety… eggs, pork sausage links, and potatoes were the entrees every morning. The mickey mouse waffles were really good but expect a long line, they only had about 4 waffle makers at a time. I did not like that there was a $10 a day PARKING fee on my bill after i checked out. I booked through booking and was told parking was free.
