SureStay Hotel by Best Western Clermont Theme Park West

Very clean, breakfast was excellent. Outside of the hotel was not as I expected, but inside was excellent. Very clean. The person in the front desk name Jay, was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Jay, for all the help. We went to Holliday inn in Miami, after this hotel. But this hotel was much better then Holliday inn. If we ever go to Orlando again, we will definitely stay in Surestay.

The room was very clean.

Staff needs to communicate with each other. I called the day we were to check-in to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until later in the evening. Half hour later I get a call asking about when we were planning on arriving. Waking people up 3 mornings in a row at 8 am was a bit frustrating. First was because they found a room door key outside the door. Second day told housekeeping would be there at 8 so we made sure we were out by then. And housekeeping never showed up. Third day housekeeping banged on the door at 8 am but it wasn't scheduled until 9-9:30!!! She said she wasn't told. Communication would have solved these issues. Rooms were very clean but the other issues kind of over shadowed that. And the bed squeaked every time I moved. Bit annoying.

It’s my 2nd time going and the service has not failed. Super clean, beds are EXTREMELY comfy. I’m 8 months pregnant, so the pillows were top notch. Staff are always SUPER welcoming. And the part I love the most when staying multiple nights, is that they have a fridge with a freezer compartment! Since Culver’s was a few mins away, I was able to get a my favorite custard ice cream, to put away away in case my craving decided to wake me up in the middle of the night. :D I will continue staying there when going to Clermont!

1. Very good staff (special thanks to a slender man, I think Ricardo (I don't remember exactly, I'm sorry), as well as a young dark-haired girl), who was always attentive and helped us in all matters. 2. Very comfortable beds (sleeping on these beds after a long day in children's amusement parks is a pleasure). 3. There is 7eleven, a dress room, a safe, a small refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, a dressing room, a small swimming pool, very tasty waffles for breakfast (fruit, jam, butter, juice, coffee, tea, rolls, yogurt)

We wanted to save on accommodation, but our hotel turned out to be far from amusement parks and we had to order a taxi and pay a lot of money for a taxi.

The room was very clean and the facility felt very safe. The parking lot was well lit and all the rooms faced the lot. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was limited but well stocked and sufficient for being free.

We were on one of our trips to Disney and the 20 minute drive to the parks was a little long but this isn't the hotels problem. We go to Orlando all the time as we are Disney Passholders and have stayed at many different places. Even closer hotels still take 10-15 minutes to get to the parks due to traffic. So, due to the upside of this hotel being clean and safe, I would definitely stay here again. The value was exceptional.

Stayed here with the wife and Son, as part of a base for Magic Kingdom and SeaWorld. ideally located with a quick 15-20 min drive to the parking areas of Magic Kingdom. Rooms were clean and comfy. Included air con, TV, Fridge and microwave. A nice sized bathroom with shower over the bath. Breakfast was over in reception, a buffet style with simple items to choose from. This included a waffle machine with maple syrup.

Aircon slightly noisy. Room service is also every other day, so we missed out on this. Not a huge issue, as we didn’t actually need them, however I needed to nip to check in for supplies of coffee and cups, as these hadn’t been replenished.

The room was nicer than I expected. Spacious front and bedroom area. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The view was not good at all and there were still renovations going on. View outside my window was an Abandoned hotel and broken down trucks in a gated field. The covers and blinds did have a white substance, maybe cleaning product that may have gotten on them while tidying up. And the air conditioning took a very long time to cool down the room in this Florida weather. We weren’t sweating, it was just not as comfortable until late late. It also said no smoking but you could smell smoking when you walked down to the elevator and there was a smoking pit next to the elevator. But besides that. Great hotel in my opinion. And the front desk reps were also very helpful and pleasant.

Staff is very friendly, always available no matter the time. Stores are close by, and food locations all around. Parks are not that far from the hotel.

The only little thing I can say is that the curtains need to be cleaned. That, to me, is small because everything else was great.

The place is just behind a little strip mall and so not easily seen from the street but still easily accessible. The room was clean and recently renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast was typical for covid conditions, meaning cereal, rolls, hot waffles, bananas, orange juice and coffee but no eggs. Price was reasonable for the area.

The management and staff are very friendly and caring people. They understood my situation during my stay and showed deep compassion. I would certainly stay at this place the next time I'm in the area and would highly recommend it to others.
