The property was ideally located just one exit from I-10. Our room had direct access to our room in the back which made it easy to unload and load our luggage.

I extremely dislike the motel policy that states a mask is mandatory while allowing the front desk employee to be maskless. Also, I have booked 8 rooms through booking.com and dislike that I am charged a $100 refundable deposit treating me like I wasn't trustworthy.

The room was very clean. Also the linens, blanket and towels were clean and fresh.

The hotel was very large, had two stories and no elevator that I could find. I am an elderly lady traveling alone and they put me way in the back of the 2nd floor. I had to lug my suitcases (2) upstairs by myself. There was so much paperwork to sign and a extra $100 deposit (returned 3 to 4 days after you check out) added on that I had not expected. There was only one person at the front desk and with so much paperwork to sign by each guest that it took a very long time. I was in line at about 8 or so and finally got signed in to my room around 9:30 pm or later. Not sure of the exact time.

The front desk staff Mrs. T and Ms. Tanya were always courteous and professional. They treated me and my husband with the utmost respect. When there was a problem with my reservation, they fixed it and made sure I was happy and satisfied. They always went above a beyond for us. The customer service on line have made it easy for me to renew my reservation. No by matter the time of day, someone was there to respond.

This was the second time staying here and much better than the first. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room the originally gave us was an outside room that smelled like someone just smoked a blunt in the room when we asked for another room there was no hesitation and gave us a room that was inside. If you need a clean place to stay then this is for you.

The wifi wasn’t the strongest but still worked.

So upon Check in Sakina was wonderful about checking me in she was fast and prompt. Sky at the front desk came promptly to resolve my issues with my room with a smile behind the mask. Kiya was so nice and pleasant about the rude housekeeper upon me checking out. Manager Latoya is such a sweetheart the customer service the team showed made my stay great. The bed was also nice and comfortable.

I can to my room to notice it wasn't clean and I didn't have any sheets. Trash was still inside so housekeeping did not have my room clean upon arrival so I cleaned it myself. Housekeeper continuously banged on my door about the trash that was left. Yes I put it outside myself.

Everything was geat from the time I got out my vehicle the parking lot was clean was greeted with a smile at the service desk my room was beautiful everything was exceptionally nice I would be staying here again and I would recommend stayable suites jax to all my friends and family see yall next time

That breakfast wasn't offered due to COVID but they could've offered cold cereal, banana, milk, complementary water or Graham crackers or put together some kind of breakfast box for your guests and the pool wasn't ready thats my only dislikes but overall its a great place

The 2 women the work in the office were extremely nice and accommodating.

The property manager, that shows up sporadically, is extremely rude. I was planning on extending my reservation but after speaking with her I decided against it. Her attitude is very nasty.

Conveniently close to a bus stop for a bus to take you to the regional transit center downtown

Don't bother with the vending machines. They will eat your money.

Room was cleaned.

I don’t like the fact that there is no daily room cleaning services and have to purchase extra towels at the front desk. The hotel does not provide mornings breakfast as well. People been smoking weeds in the hallways and stairs.
