Christina, Dee, Alex, housekeeping, maintenance & security are awesome. All were very friendly and supportive. The room was very clean. The grounds were kept clean all the time. I felt safe because of security, she is very nice but firm. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Mini fridge and microwave not available in every room. Pool not open and breakfast not available.

Good area; very close to at least two busses that take cash and a 24hr convenience store at gas station. Can walk to downtown over bridges, riverwalk or San Marco area with a little effort. Easy check-in and check-out with respectful service. Desk and TV with good AC/heater.
Clothes smelled smoky when I left, but didn't bother me in room. Walls a little thin letting in noise, but sometimes was good ambience.

I felt like that they should have had their pool open since all the other hotels had their pools open I understand that covid but there was no reason they should have had their pool closed

The location. The staff is very nice always smiling and ready to serve you and the room and bed is very comfktable
The bath tub was always clogging everything I flushed the toilet and the fact I couldn't check in until 3pm so $60 for 8 hours isn't really a good deal if I went to Eagle Inn at least there I can check in at 10am

They had rooms available during this pandemic, and City of Jacksonville putting homeless people in hotels for FREE and not me.
