Comfort Suites Airport

The gentleman working the front desk worked 7am - 11pm every day of our trip and he was kind, professional, personable and made sure we had what we needed when we came to him for random things. Our first night I came down and bought a cup of noodles from the little store by the desk and when I realized I didn't have any eating utensils I went back down with hopes that he could point me in the direction of an open store (it was after 10pm) and he happily went in the back and got me a fork instead of sending me out. We were a large group of 9 and while we weren't loud or distributive we can be a lot when we are all in a group together talking to you and he engaged us every time, not importantly I have a special needs sister who took a liking to him and he was ALWAYS very kind and engaging with her. The website gave a clear warning that they were doing construction well before I booked, I was fine with that and we knew we'd be gone all day each day anyways, on and all 4 days I heard absolutely nothing from the work happening on the floor right above mine so we either always missed it or they kept their promise to be as undisruptive as possible.

I had to come home :(

The property seem very clean and well maintained. My room had its own microwave/ mini refrigerator/ coffee maker. Loved all of this in my room during my work trip. The breakfast provided is fresh and good. The breakfast area is very well cleaned. All personnel in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Only fact the wending machine at times would not dispense the drinks. But this is not the Hotel property. It's the venders responsibility.

I liked the size of my room and the bathroom was very clean. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and could answer all my questions right away.

I would've liked a more extensive and fresher breakfast like for example sliced fruits, yogurt in a bowl and various types of cereals to start the day off healthier.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the interstate and airport. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was good, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very much appreciated. Due to the continuing problems of supply chain and the pandemic, only a bag breakfast was served, but it was very good. Had a hot breakfast sandwich, an orange, granola bar, pastry and a nice cold bottle of water. Given their restrictions, they did an excellent job with the breakfast.

The hotel is a little older, but everything appeared to be maintained very well.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Restaurants within walking distance. Clean comfortable room and bed. A great night's sleep after a long day on the road. Coffee ready in the morning though we had to leave before breakfast was served. Couldn't have asked for more.

We don't often tow anything, but we're helping out on a move, and didn't think to inquire about trailer parking, they were able to graciously accommodate, but if the place had been packed we may have been in trouble.

Near my destination. The room was very neat, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom and tub was very clean. I’ve stayed in motels that I would not put my feet in their tub without cleaning it first. The quietest place I’ve ever stayed. I felt safe around the area alone too. All in all it was a very nice experience.

The room size is misrepresented in their description. Said it was 2,096 sq ft. The only reason I chose them over less expensive motels in the same area. More close to 200 sq ft. Plus I’ve never had to make a security deposit for a motel. Never. Maybe it’s a new thing.

Liked everything.

Everyone was very nice and very professional. The room had a relaxing feel to it and the breakfast was a bag breakfast but you could tell a lot of thought had gone into it so that was very appreciated. Overall the stay was good 😊.

There was a stuffy (moldy?) room odor, no doubt caused by the high humidity in the area.
