I really did appreciate the staff Jessica was one of the most amazing. She was so kind and attentive to all of our needs. I looked forward to seeing her face in the morning it made my day. Also the young man in the morning and jalen .. my room was completely comfortable and I felt safe. The other guests treated me with respect and i had a great time. I’ll definitely go back again.. I appreciate them all

I didn’t dislike a thing. It really started to feel like a home. Leaving made me sad. I’ve never been to a place like that. I felt like it was my family. I’m going to miss them all seriously.

Team Jessica (Jessica F. and Jessica R.) were very helpful. Jessica R. (with the long hair) in particular.

A pet fee of $25 for 6 days followed by $10 for the remaining 24 days in a month ($240), totaling $150 + 240 = $390 per month for a 12 lb, 13 yo Shih Tzu, whom I carry into and out of the hotel is exorbitant, particularly for a room with faux hardwood flooring for which no soil stains could be created. Absent the pet fee, I would have committed to staying for a month at the rate that Jess. F. quoted to me the day following my check-in as $2000 per month. When the $390 is added to the base rent, $2390 is more expensive than comparably hotels such as Studio 6 and Baymont, which also offer more amenities. Additionally, there is no member savings or points awarded for extra days or discounts. This is my only criticism of this particular hotel.

Thank you 2 Levi at the front desk for your personable and professional Behavior. Jessica at the front desk was very accommodating and efficient and both always had a smile on their faces. All around the staff was very pleasant .The maids were very thorough and especially Debbie she is very approachable and has a very bubbly personality. I will be referring this hotel due 2 the accommodations and many of the amenities surpass your expectations!! Pets and kids are very welcome here.

The only drawback was no pool but everything else made me forget about that for a little while. A little pool hopping never hurt nobody LOL

I liked the location because it was easy to get in and out of. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Liked the option where if we wanted to we could buy stuff at the store and cook it in our room. That was a very pleasant surprise. Overall I would say we had a very pleasant stay except for fire alarm in building going off at 2:00am, other than that we enjoyed it. And this part is for those reading the review, they are pet friendly. We don't have one but seen others there that did.

I know the Coronavirus is going on, so we didn't get to try the dining area. This would be a final decision on staying there again. We would stay there again just to try the dining out and see how the food is. Also it was a little pricey for what we was able to get (but to be fair it was during Spring break also, but that was not why we was there). The dining would have been the final deciding factor as far as value. Disliked the price of items in vending machines, convenient store prices are cheaper.

Chris was professional and even had towels brought to my room. Jessica, Karen was nice. Debbie is a star. She couldn't be nicer. So pleased I came to this location.

I have always enjoyed staying at this location. Whenever I come to Tampa Clearwater St Pete area I always stay here. It is central to all areas. I am a Lyft driver and Jessica & Jessica & Crystal and the GM there are very good to me and I just love their friendly attitude and their smiles. Plus whenever I call there they recognize me right away by my voice they don't even have to ask who it is. So bottom line this location is better than the other locations that I have stayed visited in the Tampa area. THEY ARE AWESOME.

They billed me for the room even after I told them that I had already paid for the room via booking.com. I called them and they haven’t refunded until now.

Levi at the front desk was very professional and personable! Jessica was very accommodating and efficient. The maid Debbie was very thorough and over all a pleasant staff!!!!

Everything. I always stay at this location when I am In the Tampa ClearWater St. Petersburg's area. I always get the best of services. The front desk ladies are always a great joy and help. Management is AWESOME.

I cant think of anything that could have been done any better than what was done.

It's quiet and clean. The staff is wonderful! It's clean and there is always someone there when you need them! The parking is great. I've gotten to know some of the staff and it's made my stay better. They have been great to me! That's why I keep staying here. The staff and the location. This has been my home for 3 weeks and I'm glad I chose to stay here.
