Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St Petersburg North

Check-in was very efficient. The front desk personnel greeted us and smiled when we walked by. The maids were extremely helpful. The suite was exactly what was pictured online, perfect for what I needed. Very spacious work area.

On night 2 of 3, I dropped the ice bucket full of water on the carpet. I called the desk for help, and there was no one, as she could not leave the desk. I had to send my son down to get towels to put on the carpet. No one checked on us the next day when there was help.

I liked that the room was a good size, modern and comfortable. I also liked that it was clean when we arrived and that every day the cleaning person came to organize our room. The staff was professional and friendly. The location was convenient with Target, Walmart, a small shopping center, and gas stations 5-7 minutes away.

The hotel itself felt safe, was clean and looked nice, but the surrounding area was a bit sketchy. There were people walking barefoot at night in the parking lot, and I didn't know if they were coming from the beach or if they were homeless. I also saw a lady who appeared to be performing a religious ritual in the parking lot. I'm not sure what she was doing, but she was walking around a tree in the parking lot, barefoot, and seemed to be mumbling something too, like prayer, perhaps, only God knows.

there were several baseball teams there with teenage kids that kept running up and down the hall way slamming doors till 9:30 pm . Front desk couldn't do much except talk to the team coach. noise calmed down about 10 pm but it was disconcerting not knowing what it was in the beginning. the whole room would shake and very loud banging noise.

Nice clean room; Great Breakfast Buffet assortment; wonderful Fitness room; great location for me- close to everything I needed.

not in an area that I would feel safe walking or running. But hotel area was safe and nice.

Extremely convenient location, staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The mattress was a little soft for my liking, but comfortable. Close to dining and other options. Best breakfast buffet I've ever seen at a hotel.

The TV channel choices were limited. You need to add more choices.

Hotel was clean and there were not too many guests. I barely ran into anyone in the elevators and lobby. Breakfast was included and not bad considering the pandemic restrictions.

It took a long time to get the water hot in the shower. Also I think the shower head should be changed out to a more modern one. The water was spraying all over the place and I was too short to adjust it.

The Staff was excellent. Made me feel very Welcome. They went way fair and beyond to accommodate my needs. My room was nice clean and comfortable.

I could not stay longer. I forgot I was at a Hotel. I felt at home wish I could have stayed longer

We were getting off elevator and we were laughing and a woman came out of her room yelling at us. Actually came at us but her son stopped her. We called the office to complain about her and they did nothing except tell us to be quiet. This was 730 pm. We were just laughing and talking. It was ridiculousl. She of course told a different story. Will not stay again. I'm not tiptoeing around my room and hallway! The staff were rude.

the hosts were great very understanding put us in a room away from others so the little one didn’t bother. had a great time 5 stars

what I don’t like about every property is they don’t offer half day’s for flight delays
