room good size bed very comfortable . breakfast very good . hotel very clean staff helpful and location good.

only two small things would change and add an extra mirror in the bedroom and better lighting in the bedroom. also wouldn't let an adjoining room to anyone not in combined travel party. the guest in the room next to us for two or so nights set an alarm clock super early in the morning and never stopped just let it go on and we had adjoining room.

Breakfast was very good and the staff at the kitchen. It had plenty of food varieties and nutritional. The staff person Teida was very courteous .

I wish the TV for a suite was a little bigger. When you went to bed the tv was half the size of the bedroom width , so you didn't see a wide enough TV.

the room was great, clean, comfortable, great pillows and confortable bed. It has also enough tables and areas in the room to put your belongings which makes it more useful and comfortable. The location is great.

the Parking lot can be improved with more light and removing the high bushes in front of the main gate so your feel safer parking at night and being able to have more light in that area.

Was very clean, the breakfast was delicious 😀and close to stores and restaurants. I will visit again and recommend to family snd friends

Next time we come I will preferred a higher floor due to the noise of running and banging on the ceiling my kids couldn’t sleep and they woke up so tired.

The breakfast was great! It was the first real, hotel breakfast that ive had since the pandemic started. Also, the staff was amazing and so accommodating. They allowed me to extend my check out after my newborn got sick and had to go to the ER. They understood that she was exhausted and needed time to sleep before flying out that day.

Room lay out was great. Very quite location.Beds very comfy and swimming pool was great.

Coverall a great ttip; however comforter that went om sofabed had dried blood all over it. When i addressed front desk they acted like it was not anything.. also no housekeeping services were provided...which is understandably however you had to go to front desk to replenish trash bags and towels. I was very dusappointed to hear that they were charging $499 a night because they had vacancies.

Staff was very friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Stayed 4 nights and was super happy with everything.

location, friendly staff, love the pool side rooms and the pool. the staff even made a point to get the pool cleaned up early in the morning after a large family had trashed it.

the pool area needs refurbished, spike with Maintenance staff and said it was scheduled soon.

The hotel was clean. Has nice gym and laundry room. Also had a nice pool. Friendly staff. Nice setting. I have stayed there multiple times.

Access to pool. Great spread for breakfast. Flexibility with a late check out. Washer and dryer. Location to restaurants, shops, and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
