Wingate by Wyndham Pueblo

During our work trip, we were accompanied by my 7-year-old daughter who enjoyed spending time in the pool and slept on the sofa bed. The housekeeping staff overlooked making her bed on the first night, but we joked about it and it was not an issue. The next day, the housekeeper made her bed and even placed her stuffed horses on her pillow, which made her ecstatic. Breakfast was also well-organized and pleasant.

I noticed that the corners of the room are quite dusty. It can be challenging to reach those areas with a vacuum, but it's satisfying to have a dust-free space.

Your front desk staff were ultra professional. It was great to see ties and dress shirts, versus tattoos, piercings and body parts at other local hotels. Your hotel is neat and clean. Even your maintenance man was thoroughly cleaning your parking lot, in a society where no one thinks that is important. Great experience, and will start staying there when I am in Pueblo.

Not a thing!! Everything was clean. Even the outside was very welcoming.

That the maid or person coming to ask if we are stayin another night or if we are leaving not even 5 mins after 11 am she was kinda rude like I totally get it but no need for attitude and the rushing ….this was the first time ever being rushed like that out the room… other then that the front desk ppl were out standing !!!

Very welcoming before even getting to the room. Temperature in the hotel and our room perfect for us. Bed very comfortable. Some places it feels too cold and damp. Full breakfast fantastic. Hot food hot, cold food cold and lots of it for everyone. We are seniors and pool had great temperature for doing walking exercises.

The front desk clerk was very nice & friendly. Dressed very nice too. The older lady working the breakfast buffet was very helpful as we both are disabled and must use a cane to walk or stand. She would make waffles for us.

Our last night was a little concerning. It sounded as if a woman was loudly arguing with someone. We never heard anyone but her. This lasted over an hour, we don't know if it was next door or in the hall. My husband looked out in the hall and didn't see anyone. She finally slowed down & by 10 we didn't hear her at all. We never reported it because she did stop by the time we were going to sleep.

We needed a place very near the interstate, and this property is just that. There are plenty of eating opportunities nearby. Though the property is thirty-plus years old, it is extremely well maintained. We would stay there again.

The only negative we found was bed comfort. The mattress was extremely firm, too much so for us.

The breakfast was ok. The room was comfortable.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, had to get a bar from the front desk. Staff appeared to be stretched especially in the morning. Sweet older lady was setting up the breakfast and checking customers out, she appeared to be stressed. Coffee was not hot.

Great spot! Had stayed at places in the Pueblo area that were very sketchy and not clean but this place was very clean and I felt very safe leaving my belongings and my car in the parking lot.

Only thing I’ll say walls are paper thin. Can hear everything in hallways but wasn’t terrible

The room was well appointed and good lighting. The TV was a good size and the bathroom was lovely. Had frig, microwave, and good closet space.

The room was a little noisy due to the proximity of I-25. The typical noisy heating system. The breakfast was marginal -- the usual, but nothing special.

The breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting. The scrambled eggs were dry as were the sausage patties. It was difficult to get to the sausage patties behind the eggs. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. The bathtub had 4 grab bars that made getting in and out of the tub a breeze.
