The room was smaller than I expected but still adequate for the stay. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, waffles, boiled eggs, muffins. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place to stay.
The spa (hot tub) and pool were closed, which was not a deal breaker but would have been nice after a long drive. Of course, the stupid plexiglas you had to talk through made it difficult to understand the staff. Some of the guests were noisy outside in the evening.

It was clean and quiet. Sadly the pool and jacuzzi were under maintenance so hopefully next time we'll get to enjoy it. Great location. I can't remember the ladies name that helped us out but she was so nice and sweet. (Awesome red hair)
The only thing i would say was the check in time at 3pm but I'm sure it's standard.

The nicest place we stayed on our entire 7 day trip to Colorado. Super nice room and excellent service. Highly recommend this motel to anyone staying around Manitou

The beds were ok but not the softest. Also breakfast didn't even have eggs or sausage . Also the pool was tiny and hot tub didn't work.

Only complaint was about another traveler jumping and thumping like elephants in the room above all hours of the night.
