Amazing place to stay - super clean and nice, with fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed! Located just by the river, and that was so nice to have a breakfast at the balcony with the river view that we had in our unit. The place also has a fireplace and shared hot tub, both were so nice after the whole day of hiking. Every unit also has a BBQ grill! Rocky Mountains National Park entrance is just 15 minutes far, and that was extremely convenient for early hikes. All the restaurants and bars of Estes Park are also located nearby.

Not a big deal, but Smart TV would be nice to have, as we couldn't cast anything from our phone or connect a streaming service. Though they have a cable TV, and you can also get a DVD from their collection in the lobby 😀

Excellent location for the Fall River Road entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park which is one of the quieter entrances with shorter queues. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Ample parking. Quiet location on edge of town. Estes Park has very good facilities and amenities for tourists. Large, comfortable bedroom. Air con fans effective. Nice balcony and sitting room. Comfortable and generally well kept. Good but not 5 star in my opinion. Would stay again. Had a great week in the RMNP. Lots to see and do in the area. We enjoyed hiking, scenic drives, wildlife spotting and eating out.

Poor exchange rate made it quite pricey for Brits. Rather glum, monosyllabic office staff. Not a warm welcome. Also we had an electric fuse go one night which made most of lights and sockets fail. Phoned three out of hours numbers. One turned out to be another guest who had nothing to do with maintenance and no one answered the other two, so we were in the dark, without power for our last night. Office was shut. Also wash basin was in full view of front door clear glass and neighbours, so had to pull a blind down. Strange lack of privacy in the design. The tv had a mind of its own. Kept coming on when not requested! Think neighbours tv remote was working ours... No ironing board or iron in property. Drawer broken in bedroom. Hot tub not working.

The 1 bedroom condo was very nice. It was super clean, which I really appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice setting on the river. Is by the road, but it’s just I’m fine, the river drowns out any noise out. Just a beautiful area!!

Only thing I can say was the parking, there were only 3 spots on the lower area. But really wasn’t a big deal at all.

The back porch views were wonderful, loved seeing the river and hearing the river the whole time. The full kitchen is great, although we didn't get to use it this time. Proximity to the downtown area and to the Rocky mountain national park and bear lake trail is perfect. Management was easy to communicate with.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The water heater receptacle or tank seems small - halfway through the shower, the water became very cold. The water pipes also seem very old- our neighbors were using the restroom pretty late at night, and the loud squeaky sounds with associated vibrations made us jump in the bed each time it happened (which was at least 10 times); I literally at first thought a bear was outside our room clawing at railings or pipes. It's possible that these issues may have been specific only to our unit #12.

lovely riverside property, easy parking, appropriately stocked kitchen basics, tv with lots of apps, full sized fridge handy for families/longer stays, friendly staff, location only a few minutes drive from Fall River RMNP entrance, quiet property

-had some trouble with some of the smart tv apps -room without a/c (ok at night with ceiling fans and windows open mostly -pack n play was mini sized, not full sized so cramped for a petite toddler (ours didn’t mind too much but other kids or bigger babies/toddlers this might not work)

beautiful location. pictures don’t do it justice. close to Estes and only 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Sofa was old and wore out and bed was ok, but we are used to sleeping on a tempurpedic so we give a little grace there. very clean and well maintained property.

nothing except the worn out sofa.

What a beautiful property! Enjoyed the deck so much! The unit was well supplied and was nice and clean.

While this property is hard to beat, it was in desperate need of a new sofa and chairs. It was so broken down, and uncomfortable. Was worse than sitting on the floor. Not sure about the toilet. I am hardly 5 ft. Found the toilet so low, I felt like I was going to "fall" onto it. So very low!

Room was comfy and quiet. Hot tub was a little far but only because it was very cold and I didn't want to go outside in a bathing suit. We were on the other end of the property and we had to open the cover and close it when finished. That was a bummer but due to the cold not the resort. Everyone was very nice. We had a very enjoyable stay. Although there was no food available onsite there was a full kitchen and great guide with nearby restaurants.

Bedroom door didn't close fully and it was only an issue because our toddler went to bed earlier than us and we would have preferred a properly closing door.

It was pretty central between Estes Park and RMNP. The river was nice. It was clean and had all you needed for a comfortable stay. My wife and I were sad to leave.

No fault of the property but the mattress was a bit firm for me. My wife loved it so there you go. This wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again.

Beautiful right next to the Fall River which flows from RMNP. Large comfortable bed and Bedroom. Wide hallways for a wheel chair or scooter which my 90 year old father was in. Large bathroom. The rules are high standards, no cannabis products. No large gathering of people. This keeps the noise down and increases a sense of peace and quiet.

Could not use the laundry room late at night
