Didn’t eat breakfast. The breakfast room was very full so we only had coffee.

2 things: 1) The refrigerator in the room has a broken off thermostat dial. It cannot be programmed. As a result the refrigerator and small freezer compartment wasn’t cold. 2) Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains but the windows were so filthy to look out of. Fingerprints, handprints, lots of smudges, lint, etc. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels over the years and these windows were the worst. Everything else in the room/bathroom was clean.

The room was a perfect fit for the 4 of us! My sister accidentally left a small bag in the room, she called and they are taking the time to mail it to her! This is above and beyond great service. Thank you

When we went to put some food in the refrigerator there was an old pizza in there. So we took it down to the laundromat trash and threw it in there. So they need to check everything when cleaning the room

Beautiful location in the mountains. Room was huge! Included a jacuzzi, which was totally unexpected (though we did not use it). Loved the walk-in shower.

The toilet will likely be a tight squeeze for a tall person. It could have been better placed in the small area it was in. Also, the gal cleaning up the breakfast area seemed unenthusiastic about her job. Tables were not being bussed between people (and some people tend to leave a mess). We ended up cleaning our own table. The cold cereal area was a mess.

I liked the convenience mostly. It had very nice views and decent living conditions for any traveler. I came here solo so my experience was for one and I’d recommend it. I saw many families here and they all seemed quite satisfied.

Very hard to gauge as the tourism business has been negatively affected by Covid, labor market, and inflation. Hotel has met my expectations holding these variables constant. I would definitely return here.

Great location. Easy to find off the Highway, but the view is still good, indoor and outdoor whirlpool. Really good.

Third party booking service- the name came as a surprise and my accounting department almost stopped the transaction on my company card. Mentioning the property on the bill would be helpful.

the ski lifts we used were the gondola, wayback, outback so we could ski all 3 areas,we did not ski the more beginner lifts.. The breakfast was awesome, many choices... it was always well stocked with food

There was a lot of people on the runs at Keystone… on a weekday. they only had a few runs groomed so everyone was herded to those runs. Other than that the lodging was great... we could drive or walk to a place to eat.

Quality of breakfast was good and variety of items was better than expected.

The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests and was almost over-crowded. Also, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the serving area and tables. Little effort was paid to cleaning spills or wiping off tables.

Room on 3rd floor was nice, no one stomping on ceiling. Staff very friendly, price a little high through booking.com. Room was comfortable, needs some updating. Pool and lounge chairs in the sun, awesome. Would stay again. Walk to Dillon amphitheater is lovely, approximately 1 mile, so convenient and not necessary to drive to amphitheater. Sushi restaurant, grocery and liquor store right next door!!!

Price a little high through booking.com. Room needs some updating. House keeping was noisy in the morning, in hallway and knocking on doors so we were woken up unnecessarily.

The room was wonderful. But the staff went out of their way to help us when needed. The staff was excellent., in every way.

The toilet was in the wrong and to confined space. We had to set on the toilet side ways. Also no outlet in the bathroom for my electric toothbrush or hair dryer. The refrigerator, could not use the controls, they were gone and everything we put in there would freeze. Room 320.

The location was perfect as we were driving from South Fork through Leadville and needed to stop over before getting to Denver the next day. The room, with two queen beds, was beautiful. Service was very good, but we only stayed one night.

The breakfast was good but difficult to negotiate the Belgian waffles machine ! and I wish the inn were using metal dinnerware rather than plastic, or at least dinnerware that can be recycled. Thanks.
