Hilton Garden Inn Boulder

Good location. Nice decor. Loved the bar area-had some nice snacks and drinks. Quiet enough to talk.

The elevator key access was a bit spotty. Part of it was users standing in front of keypad-blocking others from activating. Also everyone was trying to unlock with phone app/key card/call button so the elevator seemed to be “confused”. In elevator most riders laughed and eventually worked it out, but a few riders were rude and condescending to the others. Perhaps a better instruction on use—or reminder to be polite. It is obviously there to prevent non-guests from entering, but guest interface needs tweaking.

Cleanliness and overall quality of amenities and the room are top notch. The location is good if you have some business with the university. Happy hour at the bar is a good touch. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hydration station on the second floor didn't work. Breakfast was not worth the money at all, for a little extra you can get much better and more within a 2-5 min walk. The AC in the room was extremely loud, this is not what I would expect from an hotel of such level. Something was wrong with the clock in the room, the alarm clock randomly set off at 6 am a couple times.

I really liked how late the kitchen stays open. It was a great moment to be able to order food after flying all day. The staff and concierge was also very friendly and gave me a free water upon arrival.

The shower didn't seem to get hot. There wasn't truly an issue, the water the shower faucet is set up it's a little confusing. Would've been great if the front desk could've warned me to turn it more of having to wait on the maintenance man to take a look at it.

The inn is in a great location, with grocery and restaurants nearby. It’s a newer facility with clean, contemporary & artistic design features. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful and we appreciated the underground garage for parking/easy elevator access. Upon check-in, we each received a complimentary locally brewed beer. The mattresses and pillows in our room were the best of any place we stayed during our 2 week Colorado vacation. Very clean, contemporary room and the shower water pressure/temperature was also great which was very needed after a long drive!

Betty Carol at the cafe is phenomenal! I’m also deeply grateful to Matt, the front desk supervisor, for streamlining my bookings and getting me the best rates possible, and well, everything. He and the staff did so much to make me feel comfortable and have an easy stay.

Wish there were more tofu options at the cafe. Also, would have really benefitted from a fridge with a freezer.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, great amenities! Loved the garage parking on site, the rooms are always spacious and quiet with everything you could need. Boulder's location had exceedingly friendly/polite/helpful staff members! We were impressed, to say the least!

very spacious, clean and quiet. loved the design and decor. it was close to a lot of restaurants and businesses and a 5 min drive to pearl street.

some of the staff members were not as helpful as I would expect them to be, didn’t know how to solve simple requests.

The location was amazing! So many things within walking distance. Target, trader joes, mcdonalds, brunch places, etc. So good, would def stay here again. Only at 45 minute drive into estes park.

The elevator went out one time which was kind of annoying, but it was fixed within a few hours. The ice machine / water machine on each floor has this very annoying heat sensor to dispense water that was really hit or miss. I'd spill water on myself each time I filled up my water bottle.

Great hotel in town, friendly employees.

The hotel did NOT give me credit or points for my stay arguing I didn't book directly with them. They need to change this policy. Paying 250 per night and no points allowed is not right to me.

We really liked our corner room. It was so quiet! We were on the 5th floor so we didn't hear any noise from the street, and absolutely nothing from the hallway. We loved the decor of this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Drew who gave us excellent advice for hiking and scenic views.

It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast, but we knew ahead of time that it wasn't included so we planned accordingly.
