Courtyard by Marriott Boulder

The hamburger was a premade burger, which i didn’t realize when i ordered it. It was inedible. The “cafe” isn’t really that as they don’t cook food there. They re-heat whatever. The only other issue i had was the lighting over the sink. Very dark. Hard to put on makeup in the low lighting. Otherwise it was great! The gym was clean. Room was clean!

This was a convenient location for all we wanted to do in Boulder. All for a good price. Comfortable beds and very clean room. The bonus for this room was a balcony with a view if the mountains. Overall the room had nice finishes and we would definitely stay again.

Sufficient lighting was lacking in the whole room but especially in the sink area where one would need it to get ready in the morning. The room could use a extra mirror outside the bathroom area. The full length one in the closet created a traffic jam for more than one person. Finally the air conditioner did keep the room cool but was loud

clean, fulfilled our purpose for a place to stay after exploring boulder for the day and before heading to the denver airport the next morning.

hot tub was broken no coffee available 24/7 but front desk guy was kind enough to make us coffee at 230am before heading to the airport.

jacuzzi friendly, helpful staff.

there was no complimentary breakfast. bought breakfast at the restaurant the first morning -- it was ok. nice to have a jacuzzi, but it closed at 11.

The staff was amazing! We arrived on Thanksgiving night very hungry and they made sure that we got food from the bistro!

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. I'VE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS BUT IT'S RARE AT THE PRICE OF THIS ONE THAT BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDE

I WAS JUST A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE SLOWNESS OF THE ELEVATOR DOOR. I CAME IN AT NIGHT AND WANTED TO CLOSE THE ELEVATOR IMMEDIATELY AFTER WALKING IN. PROBABLY DOESN'T SEEM IMPORTANT TO MANY BUT I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE STANDING ALONE INSIDE AN ELEVATOR THAT DIDN'T CLOSE WHEN I HIT EITHER THE 2 OR THE CLOSE DOOR.

very nice property with a great pool, outdoor area, and cafe. the staff were all so nice and accommodating.

The property location was not very walkable to anything. we had to Uber most places.

Staff was super accommodating! My husband was supposed to be with me but stayed at home instead--once the staff realized this, they bent over backward to make sure my stay was super comfortable!

A little closer to Pearl St Mall. However, prices near the mall are much higher so being further away saved me some money.

Aside from the 2 days of people hanging out at the door, the hotel was pretty quiet. Location is "off the beaten path" which was nice. Room & the view was nice. Beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the bath products that are provided. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby.

Had to visit the front desk twice to voice my concern about people hanging around the side entrance (west side). Suppose to only be able to enter with key card, but for some reason several different individuals would put a stick in the door so that it wouldn't shut & lock. I was told they were guests, I'm not convinced of that. One instance a male made rude gestures toward my sister & I because we removed the stick from the door. At that point we did not feel safe! In the end, the hotel did post a sign saying a key card was required. Our room did not have a microwave as indicated on website. Sliding door did not lock. Tv did not have many channels to watch.
