Quality Inn Ukiah Downtown

The room was clean and good smelling (especially compared to the place where we stayed 1 night before). Had bathtub. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. It was pretty good, there were cereals, yogurts, oatmeal, toasts, danishes, fruits, waffles, eggs, sausages, hot drinks and juices. They ran out of coffee close to the end of breakfast, but it was fine since we got 1st cup of coffee earlier and came for the 2nd cup that moment. Nice receptionist.

They added $2.50 property surcharge which wasn't mentioned anywhere. It's not a big money, but still unpleasant since they didn't let me know about it. Bathroom door was getting stuck on the floor.

I liked everything about our stay and room. The bed was super comfortable, the appliances were new. The room was very clean and everything functioned well. The staff was kind and responsive. The wifi was very reliable. I didn't use the pool but that was a nice additional amenity.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the room. The pillows could have been fluffier and firmer. Other than that, I was extremely comfortable and happy there.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The location was also convenient. There was sufficient parking in the lot. The temperatute in the room was adjustable. The room service was flexible.

The room was smaller than indicated in the reservation ad. There were a few very large trucks in the lot which made it challenging to move about the parking lot. The option to check-in earlier was not provided.

the suites are large making it great for traveling with children. our grandkids are 3 and 1 and they had plenty of room to stretch out and play after a long day in the car. The room didn't feel cramped at all even with two toddlers running and playing.

the hotel is on a very busy street. I did not notice any street noice while in the room but you will when outside. Housekeeping did a good job with having a clean room for us to check into but they aren't super friendly. the walkways upstairs are fairly narrow and they park their carts in the middle of the walkway. Even when they see you struggling to get around a parked cart with little kids and luggage they make no attempt to accommodate you.

This is the second night in a row that I stayed here.. I'm really pleased with this stay, I've stayed in a few different hotels in Ukiah within the same price range (actually all the others were higher priced) and all the other hotels ive stayed in were terrible and I paid more. This location tho was great! I paid less for this room and it was 100% better in every way then other hotels. The room was super nice and clean, the furniture & everything in the room was nice and there weren't any stains,bad smells, or anything gross, i booked a room w/ 2 full beds and it included a flat screen TV w/ options to log into your netflix/sling/YouTube which was nice, 1 night stand & lamp w/ outlet & USB on it, a chair & a standing lamp, desk & chair, desk lamp, mini fridge, microwave. My room had a shower & tub, the bathroom was very clean as well. There was also a small coffee machine, small hanging area w/ hangers, Iron & ironing board. The heater worked really well luckily cus it was freezing at night! I have no idea if there was breakfast, it said there was when I booked but they didn't mention it when i checked in and there was nothing mentioning it on any papers or anywhere else so I can't confirm there was breakfast or not but it is worth it even if there isn't. I will only be staying at this hotel when I'm in Ukiah from now on...

My room had a Wheel chair accessible shower which i didn't mind, the bathroom was very clean as well. There was also a small coffee machine, small hanging area w/ hangers, Iron & ironing board. The heater worked really well luckily cus it was freezing at night! I have no complaints

The stuff is helpful and kind, their rooms are big and clean. They offer smoking rooms options and good prices. Homeless people hang out at the other side of the road but never bother or have any problem. Every time we have to do a night in Ukiah we always choose Quality Inn. Best hotel in town Quality/prize.

The front desk representative called me to confirm my stay since my flight got delayed and I ended up arriving a bit late at night. Thank you for calling not every hotel calls their guests (: The room was spacious, bed was a good size, had running hot water, blow-dryer, microwave, small fridge. Had a great stay.

The heater at first was a bit noisy as if something was stuck inside of it.. I had to press down on the box so it wouldn't sound like a blender. Glad it was fixable.

The property looked fresh and well cared for, and everything worked. we especially appreciated the sheer curtains as well as the very good blackout curtains

A small table by the window with a couple of chairs would have Mede the room prefect, for us. we like to sit with our coffee and enjoy ourselves.

There is nothing to dislike. Ok, it is not the 4 seasons in NY and has only 2 stars I get it. BUT: room is clean. Bed is really comfortable. There were plenty of pillows. (Good ones. Not the hard ones you find somewhere else, and not the flat ones either. Good decent pillows). The bathroom is clean. Sink is clean and drains perfectly. The shower is hot (no waiting time) good pressure no draining issue, so you are not standing till your ankles in the water). And the town offers some great food options too.

A pity that the breakfast is limited due COVID.
