Quality Inn Santa Clara Convention Center

Basic staples for breakfast which were great to start our day, although some eggs and sausage would’ve been a great addition. Can’t go wrong with a waffle maker! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good sized tv not to mention a pretty roomy balcony.

The pool was closed which was kind of a bummer since the weather was nice. Would have liked to at least have two basic chairs to enjoy on the balcony. but my only main complaint would be that there was construction going on at the freeway and our rooms were facing it all. We could hear it going on until late into the night. I was able to drown the noise with the fan so it wasn’t too bad.

The bathroom floor was a little dirty in one area.

We arrived around 2:10 pm and was told if we wanted to check in early (prior to 3 pm) it would be $15. I have never heard of this before. Every hotel I've stayed at will check you in when the room if ready. Anyway, the front person at the desk said we could check us in at 2:30 without charge. So we sat in the front until 2:30 rolled around and checked in without charge.

The staff was very nice. The furniture is a bit old fashioned but it's very comfortable. WiFi worked fine if I remember correctly. Laundry was available and very cheap, it needs some quarters but they're available at the front desk.

Couldn't have breakfast because it was before 9am, be aware of it. The location was not as near the convention center as I thought, 30min walk or take the metro. All in all, I found it expensive but everything around the bay area is.

Supportive staff and clean rooms. The lobby and outside area of the property were very clean and maintained. Breakfast items were also good. The availability of coffee and hot water in the reception area for 24 hrs was amazing.

Nothing to say about improvement!

Close to Levi's stadium and felt more than safe to walk to and from the game. Close to good food and shopping isn't too far away. The room was really clean and the bed was nice and cozy.

The 2nd floor ice machine was pretty close to one of the walls and was kind of loud but wasn't really wasn't an issue.

Breakfast was modest, but could be better. Location was ideal to my workplace in terms of proximity. It was a quiet neighborhood too.

There's no much variety for the breakfast. Everyone was dispensing drinking water and juice from the jug. A standard water or juice dispensing system will be an improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at the quality inn santa clara. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

This is a wonderful hotel. I have been staying here for over a decade for business trips. They always remember me (by name) when I return (even after a few years). Love the ethernet option (including a provided cable).

I like the location it was close to lots of restaurants it was clean

I didn’t like their pillows! They seam to be very old and so lumpy and the doors to the room close so hard ! I travel with 2 grandkids it was very hard to open those doors there was 2 drunk man out in the pool one was very violent and mind you the pool was close and they seam homeless that made me be scared not that they were homeless but the violence Would I stay there again ? NO
