Best Western Silicon Valley Inn

Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed that they had vending machines, a microwave, and fridges as well. I think you get more for what you pay for at this hotel. Staff was all very nice and you are walking distance from many food places. The breakfast was actually good too.

The hair dryer in the room was very nasty. It was sticky and had hair stuck all over it. I only had to use to once though so it was bearable but they should be cleaned more often. I’m not sure if this goes for all, but the Wi-Fi did not work very well in my room and the service was very bad so without Wi-Fi, nothing loads.

The room looked really great and was very clean. Better than most. The bedding was new and fresh, and all the amenities were nice.

The room had a weird smell in it. I bought air fresheners so I could tolerate being in that room. I didn't complain or request a different room because I am disabled and it's too much work for me to relocate. I also have fibromyalgia so I'm really sensitive to smells, so I had to be really careful with the air freshener also. Also, most hotels have beds that are too firm for me. Because of my disabilities I prefer softer mattresses which are nearly impossible to find. The refrigerator didn't work too great. Seemed like it was inconsistent with regards to the temperature.

Good location near many companies. Comfortable rooms that are kept very clean, at a very affordable price as well! Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. WiFi was very good for hotel standards additionally, which was a nice bonus. Overall, very nice experience for the price.

The dryer in the laundry room did not completely dry my clothes, so I had to hang them out manually to dry.

Nice clean and comfy room. The breakfast is very good and if you travel by car is easy and quick to get to restaurants/supermarkets.

Without a car, the hotel is a bit far (30min walk minimum) from most restaurant areas, but that was not a problem for us. The staff member that welcomed us was a bit too serious, not very friendly (it was late, perhaps he was tired).

it was walking distance to getting something to eat and the employees and your staff members gave excellent customer service. I will return

Exceptionally clean! Bathroom was amazing! One of the best showers at any hotel I've been to! Huge bed! Very comfortable...

If I had anything to complain about it's the TV... Although it's a nice size I couldn't hook my Roku up because it was hanging on the wall no way to get to the HDMI input...

the place is clean and seem to have been recently renovated. the staff is very nice and friendly, and the location couldn’t be better for my needs. the breakfast is passable, and I would hope to see more accommodating endurance once COVID is over.

the bed is too soft for me, and the windows are shaded and internally shuttered, making you feel claustrophobic. rooms need better thoughtfulness on that aspect. walls are a little thin.

I had one of the cheapest rooms which had very little natural sunlight due to trees just outside the window.

This location was perfect as it was close to the downtown area of Santa Clara! Easy to get to. It was a quiet hotel and safe. The room was clean and had additional toiletries for our convenience. An array of breakfast items and it changed each day. Will definitely recommend.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, quiet, we went for a concert was nice to go back to our room feeling safe and to quiet. Parking was also good and easy, easy freeway access. definitely would stay again when in that area.

Only con was tv channels was like a bad stream but we didn't go to watch tv.
