The Landing Resort and Spa

The room was fantastic, with an in-room fireplace, balcony, glass shower, jacuzzi tub, mini-fridge and sink, and lots of space. The location was great, right next to the beach, with beach access for guests, and there was a shuttle available to take you anywhere nearby at a moment's notice. There was nice fruit-infused water in the lobby. Bikes were available at no cost, with helmets, to go anywhere further than the shuttle range. All of the staff were super friendly.

The hotel restaurant was ridiculously expensive and had limited vegan options. If they had multiple great vegan choices we might have tried it one night just for fun. But, it would be nice if they had a range of options for different budgets. If so we might have gone every night. Instead, we preferred finding our way to Sprouts either by the local shuttle service or by bike - which had great vegan food at a great price.

I love the location of this place. We’ve stayed here a few times and I always book the lake view. Rooms are clean. Restaurant is good. I would give the restaurant a 4- out of 5. They greet you with a glass of champagne at the front desk of the hotel which is lovely. I wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel but definitely a decent 4. I wish the prices weren’t as high. But, everything is more expensive now. We will come back here. I’m grateful for a wonderful experience. Love Lake Tahoe!

The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We also had a fireplace which added to the pleasant and relaxing ambiance (not to mention warmth) to the place. Conveniently located close to the Stateline and casinos, including Heavenly. We were also so grateful for the shuttle! This made it easy for us to go out to dinner, shop, go to cafes without worrying about parking etc. Jason and Mel were prompt during pick up and drop off, not to mention they were very friendly.

The only thing I did not like about the property are the pillows. I had to use at least 2 to sleep on, and it was still uncomfortable. Even with that, I would definitely be back and will recommend this place to family and friends- maybe just bring my own pillows next time.

well, at 616 in the morning of our departure day the smoke alarm batteries apparently died and the smoke alarm started chirping as they do. I called the front desk as reported it and I was asked to remove the smoke alarm myself because maintenance didn't come on till 0730. We were not looking to get up at 0615. I asked at the desk at check out about some some form of compensation for this unfortunate inconvenience but was told because I booked through bookings I had to contact you. So here we are.

The Landing was absolutely amazing! Location was perfect, view was impeccable! My fiancé surprised me for my birthday and it was beyond my expectation. We will be back! Staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! One of my favorite’s was the bathroom with heated floors and toilet seat 👍🏽

We stayed on ground level and by our front doorway there was a lot of water dripping from snow melting from the roof top. This was also on our back patio, unfortunately we couldn’t sit out there without getting wet.

Spacious and very cozy room - large balcony, beautiful interior design, comfortable chairs, nice bathroom with heated floor. Located right next to the beach. Very good restaurant. Free bicycles. Overall very cool.

Staff at the reception seemed a bit snobbish to me, gave us furthest room, could have shared more details about offers hotel has. Valet parking could have been easily made a regular self parking. And yes, I'd love it to be a bit less expensive

The bed was very comfy. The hot tub was open during the cold evenings. The fireplace in the room was very hot and kept us warm while it was freezing temps outside. It was nice to have a warm shuttle to and from the casinos to avoid walking there in the cold . Everything was great! The massage at the spa was EXCELLANT. It was an afordable priced room for one night and it was a really relaxing night. Just what we needed. my husband and I will definitely be back.

The hot water in the shower was not very hot.

Decided to go big on our honeymoon with the Kings suite at The Landing Hotel and were not disappointed. The space was big enough to never want to leave the room and with two different spas and a tub in our bathroom why would you? Did I mention room service from Jimmy's Restaurant downstairs!?

Not much negative to say on this trip. I do wish there was some sort of discount for the Spa services especially with the room we decided to get. A complimentary massage would have made this trip 11 out of 10.

everything was excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. Came for my wifes 55th birthday but a small storm in the morning worried my wife about getting back over the hill, so we were only in Tahoe for less that 23 hour's, so that give you an idea of the relaxation that went on, as in none. Didn't even have time for a photo. Not the hotel fault, they were great and with any fortune maybe we can come again soon, but rather come during the week and save! Thank you guys for the hospitality!

Everything from the minute we arrived was absolutely phenomenal!!! I’ve never experienced such outstanding customer service ANYWHERE EVER! From the complimentary champagne upon check in, speedy and efficient maintenance (my jets weren’t working on my tub, maintenance was there immediately and fixed in under 5 minutes), to the actual room itself having heated bathroom floors and cozy fireplace, it was the perfect place to spend our anniversary weekend. Victoria and Jason were both so helpful throughout our stay. We’re already planning our next trip!!
