Hyatt House San Ramon

The fridge was fantasic (the 5ish foot tall fridge). The bed was super comfortable - my husband andWill definitely stay here again. I are both super picky and tend to sleep better at home, but the bed at this Hyatt House in San Ramon proved to be the exception to that rule. It probably helped that there was a selection of pillows, ranging in firmness; I greatly appreciated that, I was able to find the perfect pillow for me. The shower was amazing and had wonderful water pressure. And this place had all the usual pluses of a good hotel: the staff were nice, everything was clean, there was a nice breakfast, etc. We usually stay at hotels closer to family, but this hotel is more than worth the extra few minutes drive for us.

It was ok for the time we were there. Breakfast was good everyday.

Only saw one elevator for the entire hotel. The parking situation was crazy. They had power trucks there everyday taking up 2-3 spots each, and the entire overflow lots. Only 1 parking spot available every night, and you had to drive around and search for it. Super annoying to have only about 100 spots for a 400 room hotel that was very clearly busy.

The staff is wonderful!! The hotel is very nice, well maintained and nicely located. We love that the breakfast is included in our stay. With a family of four, it is a huge perk! We do really miss the fresh eggs/omelettes that staff used to make as part of the breakfast offerings. It’s been gone for a few years now and it’s just not the same without it. Hoping it comes back!!

Decent room with good shower. Good breakfast. Kid enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Cramped room. When the sofa bed was extended (essentially all the time we were in the room), we had to step over it to get from big bed and bathroom to the kitchen; probably dangerous during a fire emergency.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great kitchenette, great shower/tub with excellent water pressure, room was located on the 1st floor centrally located!

Coffee maker in the room and the coffee packs. Coffee maker made barely enough coffee and was not good tasting. The saving grace was that I was able to get better and more coffee from the breakfast setup.

Very friendly staff, accommodating and helpful. Clean rooms! Wonderful pool and lovely breakfast.

Room was a little smaller than ideal. We had a King suite and once the sofa bed was open there was little room to move around.

affordable price, hot breakfast every morning, very clean facility, friendly & helpful staff, king suite had a mini size kitchen with fridge, easy check in and check out, rewards program.

only water machine and ice machine is on the first floor. house keeping wasn’t all that friendly, but rest of hotel staff was great.

Hyatt House SR was a nice place to stay for our visit. It was spacious, bright, clean and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was your basic continental one but very delicious, fresh, and varied daily. The kitchen staff were very friendly and accomodating and really made sure the breakfast room was always clean and safe for the guests.

we stayed here one night, but we enjoyed amenities - the heated pool and hot tub were amazing, little shop by the reception desk very convenient. one bedroom suite was really nice and spacious, even though wasn’t a necessity for just one night. breakfast was good, pretty standard though.

room smelled funny when we arrived but we opened windows and the smell disappeared

I wanted to use my military discount but couldn’t because I didn’t book through Hyatt, i wish there was an option to change that
