We attended the Anime convention with my sign.The location was very convenient. I thought the hotel was too far coz we booked late. Come to find out it was a short drive to downtown where the convention was held Im always a fan of Hampton Hotels and this place was awesome. Good breakfast , very friendly and accommodating staffs. Even though its near the airport it did not bother us . We slept like a log.ThankU. We look forward to comeback.We hope that U have more locations in L.A
I wish U have more locations in or near downtown because parking is always a problem. Seniors like me preferred safe and convenient parking and less walking time. Breakfast was great but maybe some variations everyday. Above all its an awesome experience.

One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Nice size room. Great shower and amenities. Everything was fresh and new.
Parking process is suboptimal. An open surface lot parking should not require a slip of paper on the dash in order to park in the lot. And a guest should not have to walk back out to their car to comply.

The location was incredible. We booked this hotel and then bought 49er tickets. To our wonderful surprise this hotel was on the VTA rail line and getting to Levi's Stadium was easy. The front desk provided information and a map with the rail stops highlighted. In addition, the breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was limited due to the Corona Virus,
There was no hair dryer in the room plus the night light in the bathroom wasn't working, In the shower there was no place to place the soap or shampoo etc. Everything had to be placed on the floor of the shower which is not safe for older people for the could sleep and fall by placing and picking up these items when taking a shower. I would highly recommend to install a soup bar holder.

We liked the location to the airport and restaurant row(downtown). The room was very clean , good shower pressure, and the breakfast was excellent.

The pool was cold, no towels and it was a little dirty. The pool needs to be warmer, especially when it is so cold out and you don't have a spa.

the room was great! super clean and spacious. the front desk workers sometimes have an ugly grin but the rest of the staff was lovely. I met the shuttle driver, he was the greatest!! man deserves a raise!!
