The pool and hot tub experience was very nice. The pool is large, was kept clean, and the temperature was excellent.
The smell in the hallways outside the rooms on our floor (upper floor facing freeway) was old and musty. Also our room didn't have a refrigerator. In the evening, we also had a hard time parking. Though there was a lot of space on the property for parking, it was sectioned off and unaccessible. The allotted parking space for overnight guests was very limited and full. As a result, I had to double park, wait in a long line at the front desk, then get instructions to park in the staff parking lot.

The beds are comfortable and the room relatively quiet. I appreciate there are places to dine especially after a long car drive.
There are not enough outlets for plugging in phones, iPads, and watches. The room, especially the bathroom, are worn looking. Just a personal pet peeve but I hate toilets (like those at DoubleTree) that flush from the top of the tank especially when the toilet seat cover obstructs the flush button.

The place was nice clean and following Covid- protocols however as a guest staying for a week I was charged $28 dollars a night and didn’t find out until the end of my stay.

The staff, absolutely the BEST! Everyone was quick to accommodate me with whatever I needed and you could tell they were smiling under their mask. I would like to thank the woman working at the bar and the guy at the customer service desk…she went out of her way to get me some coffee and he pulled toothpaste out of thin air for me. The best experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in my 50 years. Thank you.

Everything was lovely. /very comfortable, just what I needed. My only complaint was that my plans changed so when I checked out I noted I wsnted to cancel a room booked later in the week - and it wasn't cancelled. The problem was straightened out.
