It was clean. It was nice. It wasn’t loud security is good.

You guys can do better on the price due to the location that it’s in and what goes on around there to be so expensive. It’s kind an outrageous. I had made another reservation at another motel only to show up and find out they wanted a huge deposit for the room. More than double the cost of the room itself. Well, I don't pay deposits. I don't mess up motel rooms. So i jumped into booking app and booked the room at this motel. The staff was great . I had to wait about an hour for the room to be made up but that was fine. The room was very newly remodeled in to what i suppose will be the new motel 6 decore. Its really nice. Everything was brand new , perfect. The room was less expensive that the previously booked room and a absolutely no deposit. Zero.

Check in on this trip was challenging . It was hot and the line was fairly long. And you had to be outside in the line. But the person working the desk was quick and good natured. He did make the line move fast. I just wish with covid on the exit, we could start waiting inside on hot days in the A/C. But this would not keep me from going back there. Not even close.

I like the ice machine is located on site. Also the gentleman working last night was very helpful and polite went out of his way to help me I appreciate that..

It was a little dirty outside from the people hanging out. I think it's okay that they don't just kick people off the property that are still trying to get a room. However they should keep it clean or tell the guests to keep it clean...

Staff had me wait a few minutes while they cleaned so I could have a particularly handy "handicapped" room. They have apparently renovated, as the room had updated phone. It was generally much nicer than when I stayed there years ago.

The bed could have been a bit flatter.

That there was no safety deposit due at all. And that they accommodated me with a discounted room when the air condition was not working.

Seedy part of town lots of random homeless people knocking on my door throughout the day.

I liked the location and price. The staff serve very nice

No smoking in the rooms. I didn’t like having to step outside to smoke since I was alone.

I love the property but y’all need new security he hangs out with all the bums all night very loud 🤷‍♀️

because security was hanging with the homeless and drunks being very loud all night didn’t feel safe he wasn’t even watching the property was to busy hanging out

the stuff that helps the guest to check-in are very friendly and helpful. they make sure their guest get room based on their preference by providing the option that's available.

it’s a Motel 6. it serves it’s purposes and that’s about it. I don’t get how in other reviews people write so many complaints about it. You get what you pay for and I was very well aware of it. Good location, close to a lot of businesses in downtown Sac. Front desk people were very friendly. Room was clean.

The staff was friendly it was easy check in and check out rooms were clean no bugs of any kind there were extra towels in the room I will definitely be back to this motel u guys were awesome

I have no complaints
