Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ontario Airport-Mills Mall, an IHG Hotel

There was always plenty of options for breakfast and the times we’re reasonable, I loved that I could get hot coffee at all hours of the days and not just morning. Bed were more comfortable than expected and I enjoyed them clean environment!

I wasn’t aware that on arrival I’d pay an incident fee of 250 upfront. Though I understand then need I would have planned my own finances out before hand if I knew in advance.

Great price! I was in town with family for a concert at the Toyota Arena. We actually arrived early and were able to get early check in, which was great because we had planned to get ready in the room so the extra time was appreciated. The room was great and clean! loved that the location was close to Ontario Mills which was great to get some shopping done before heading home. Definitely will be staying here in the future for concerts.

Hot tub was warm first night but informed the staff and it was corrected for second night.

If you were to extend the breakfast time. I loved everything that was offered. Thant being said we are on vacation and if you could do breakfast until 10 that would be a life changer.

The staff was awesome! Very friendly and professional. They accommodated my disabled mother with no problems and made sure she received a room that would suit her needs. They wore their masks at all times and didn’t complain! The pandemic is still here! Let’s keep wearing masks and saving lives!! Thank you for taking this pandemic seriously.

Lighting in room was a little dim and maybe time for an upgrade for the carpets in the room

Location is great. Right outside the hotel is a strip of food places. Also walking distance to the mall and other restaurants. Very helpful and accommodating front desk ladies.

Well because of Covid the swimming pool was closed and breakfast was in a bag which is understandable. Swimming could have been best with the 98F heat.

Front desk staff was friendly. Check in fast. Room and bathroom were spacious and modern. Beds large and comfortable. Pillows plump and sheets soft and cozy. Quiet. Amazing rest after a 8 hour day of driving. 24 hour coffee. Breakfast to go bag (due to covid precautions). Amazing value.

Shower water pressure a little low.

Located in a wonderful area. You can walk to great restaurants and shopping! The hotel is very clean with great amenities

Not enough light in the bathroom

smelled of cigarettes in the front of the hotel and our room smelled very strongly of cleaners/musky. we also had a squeaky bed
