Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Checking in the staff was very friendly. Dan and LOLA helped us out and we're the absolute BEST. Made our check in super smooth and fast. The facilities are super clean. Bar and small restaurant inside made it convenient for us. The swimming pool was nice as well.

I didn't like that the pool area didn't have a restroom slash changing room. And maybe during summer the pool should close at 11:00pm. Also Im not sure who design the rooms but the toilet paper should be out in a better place lol it was uncomfortable grabbing DOWN to your left to get to it. Awkward spot lol

The garden was fantastic, if it was groomed a little more it would be even better. The bar made really good drinks. The sheets and blankets smelled very clean like bleach. The shower was clean. A/c worked really good. Nice big body mirror. My husband liked how big the lobby was. He liked the gym was usable and how big the gym mirrors were and the 8ft pool area was kool the jacuzzi was clean. The Starbucks coffee area a was nice and so was the lady we talked for a while just nice. Also located by everything.

Well what kinda sucked was at one point I went down the stairs because the key was not working and my husband wanted to stay and keep trying I have a phobia of elevators on my own especially. When I wanted to go back up the staff informed me there is no access to the stairs from the inside only from outside going down from the top. We had to get key switched 3x and finally it worked. I wish the room had a microwave and mini fridge. Microwave is conveniently located down stairs, but out of the way for a late night warm up. The good overrode the bad because it really was not much bad. Great place to stay over all. We stay at hotels often we would give this a go again. P.s. did not have the breakfast so I do not know food quality.

What I loved was the gentleman who checked me in!!! He was so kind, informative, engaging and friendly! He made me want to return and check in when he is on shift! In addition to him, the young woman doing housekeeping was exceptional and sweet!!! They were amazing and just for the moments that I interacted with them, I felt overjoyed. They are more than employees, they are genuine assets!!!

The only negative I experienced was being able to hear everything in the rooms next to me

I had a late booking and a late arrival. Happily there was a room for me as opposed to other hotels. Great room on the 11th floor with a real nice view. Beds were comfy, water in shower was hot and the whole hotel seemed very nice and clean. they had some small events going on but you couldn't really tell as its a pretty big place.

There is lots of parking, but, there were numerous big rigs and busses that parked sideways and took up a large amount of spaces. On the night we stayed probably 100 spaces chewed up by the vans buses and trucks. that coupled with a half dozen shipping containers and dumpster for what I assume is a remodel job ate up another 20 or so spaces. that made finding a space at the end of the night difficult. There wasn't much for vending machines and all of the hotel shops were closed for the night. and what there was of vending broke during the night.

Check-in was a breeze. David at the front desk is delightful. Ample parking spaces, though late at night you may need to park far from an entry point. The front desk was accommodating. The room was renovated since I stayed last and it looks great. Room was sparkling clean, looked/smelled like it was sanitized. The balcony room I stayed in has a beautiful mountain view of the San Bernadino mountain range. I appreciate the dark curtains in the room. There's room service which I didn't use this stay. Plenty of usb/oulets. Mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. I like the little bar area in the room. In a central location with quick access to dining, shopping and I-10.

Bathroom was pretty small in this room. Nabbed my toe with the door a couple times trying to close the bathroom door and the shower was positioned awkwardly. The pillows looked fluffy but they got flat quickly. The desk was very pleasant when another pillow was requested and even brought up in the middle of the night. No microwave in room. There is some road noise from the freeway being so close but ear plugs solved that. Didn't have a smart TV.

Conveniently located near the freeway, transit, gas stations, restaurants, and a world famous mall. Staff is nice to me. Security on site all night. View from room was pretty. Maintenance and housekeeping arrived promptly when needed. Hot water, cold AC, clean linen and towels. Hotel is quiet, no riffraff. Ice machines galore. Front desk staff handles business quickly and efficiently. I'm a clean freak and this is one of the only hotels I've ever been to where I will actually sleep in the bed (I usually sleep on top of, rather than in, beds) and shower barefoot (I usually wear shower shoes). Also I will bring my own towels and a sheet and I don't feel like that's necessary here. Same with fabric sanitizer, I don't feel like I need to bring it here.

I have no reasonable complaints.

I had a late check in & the staff was very nice in accommodating & informing me of the policy about late check-ins & how to go about it! They were all nice & I love that their check out was not the standard super early time!

The place seems like it’s trying to be kept up but some things are super outdated. The elevators look run down (carpet especially) & there was a smell to it. The phones in the room are like super old & look so outta place. The outlet covers too are super old. Just a little upgrading needed to match the price is all…it’s the little things that are noticed :-)

I had a beautiful renovated room, The bathroom was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. I loved having great restaurants within walking distance. Very close to shopping too

I was very disappointed with the pool area. The furniture was old and dirty and I could not find anywhere to sit and relax around the pool. That was a big disappointment. Cable channels were good but I needed a cable guide to tell me what the channels were. Very slow when changing channels. I prefer a better cable service

I stay here whenever in town overnight and the customer service from the front lobby staff and management is always over the top. The rooms are always clean, and they will always do their best to accommodate any special request you may have. Free wifi is available.

I have no complaints at this establishment.

The room was massive. We stayed a week. When we asked for a cleaning, they were prompt and thorough.

The only thing they could have done better is to put a chair to relax in. The room was huge and could easily have had one in there. There were 2 of us, so when we watched TV one had to sit on the bed, and the other in the desk chair. All in all the room was great.
