Hilton Garden Inn Napa

The breakfast was great! It’s so worth it to get the inclusive breakfast especially if you had a day of wine tasting and want to sleep in. I loved the menu. This was not a transient place for displaced people due to the pandemic. I loved the fire pits And pool table plus free wine tasting in the Outside lounge area. It made lounging at the hotel more desirable. Happily the pool area was open.

I was initially put in a room with a runny toilet In which I immediately switched out of. My notes weren’t read about my room preference until I switched the room and brought it to their attention. The housekeepers speaking Spanish And very little English when I asked for more body wash and I think I heard the housekeeper ask if I was staying there in a surprised voice. Yes I understand Spanish. It was a little uncomfortable to hear that. Not sure all of the amenities were advertised right Because I would have stayed longer had I known about all the onsite options Beforehand. I could have just been excited to be going on a vacay that I skimmed past it, not sure.

They said the room was smoking but it was not

The young lady who worked the morning shift on July 23rd was very nice and accommodated my husband and I when we couldn't ride the rental bikes due to the machine being down. That was really nice of her even though we wasn't looking for anything. Also, the breakfast was delicious. All staff we encountered was nice!!

We liked the room- very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a nice large counter so plenty of room for my toiletries. The bed and pillows were very comfy too.

The Air conditioner was super noisy so if you are a light sleeper, each time it turned on, it would wake you up for a moment.

The room was beautifully designed, very spacious, we love the high ceilings. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The property was close to convenience, stores, 10 minutes away from downtown Napa.

The room sizes were good and we especially liked the suite. The decor was clean and up to date.

We wished there were pay channels available on the TVs. Also, it would have been nice to have ceramic coffee cups and glassware in the room. Luckily, we were able to get the glassware from the bar downstairs.

Staff very welcoming. Breakfast delicious, our room was spacious and clean. They will provide housekeeping on stays of more than three days.

It was on the expensive side but given there was a music festival it was understood and we were grateful to found a place to stay overnight.

Very pretty property. Nice common rooms, including a game room. Lovely staff. Room was immaculate. Unlike some rooms, heating worked well and was easy to set.

Location odd. Not near anything other than other hotels on the same street.
