Quality Inn Lake Elsinore

location, price, staff treated me with respect, I asked for a quiet area and it was very quiet

1. Breakfast was ‘ok’… pm staff person very helpful, flexible, kind. 2. Morning staff person abrupt, closed the breakfast bar early, refused to make more coffee. staff person was polite but very curt and seemed inflexible. 3. Nothing anyone could really do, but since I was by myself and weather was bad and rainy; this was probably the one time I wished you had an elevator so I could get my luggage upstairs without issue. Sue to the rain the stairs AND walkways were noticeably slippery. I quickly learned to avoid certain areas of the upstairs exterior hallway due to water and increased slippery areas. I was really trying to avoid an unnecessary injury.

Location was perfect for us and price was reasonable. I called to make sure later check-in was okay, and the lady I spoke with actually called me back to make sure it was correct that we were in a smoking room, which I would not have liked, so I am grateful she went above and beyond to call and ask me. Other staff were easy-going, so checking in and out was super quick. Place was quiet. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but it wasn't miserable either. Place was clean. We would stay here again.

The bed and bedding wasn't great. Mattress was not great, and the sheets kept coming off the comforter and the comforter was ripped.

I wasn't there for breakfast but I would have to say it were really clean nothing was dirty or messed up I had no problem with staff. The location is kinda private but for me I'm not out much so I did enjoy the little view they had. This location was also very quiet and peaceful .I will definitely be going back again.

There is nothing I didn't like about this this place. Like I said it was a really great stay. Everything was so peaceful I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

That the staff was nice and accommodating. Plus the rooms have fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.

Internet kept going out, laundry services were out

Room was clean.

Whatever the bed was sitting on was to big kept hitting our legs on it. Freezer needs defrosting. Chair needs to be replaced. Sheets needs to be replaced. Better pillows. Room needs to be updated. Replace iron.

It’s always been a wonderful place to stay.

Pool is super tiny and parking is wonky but no real issues

It wasn't free

Erratic people yelling outside in parking lot. Nobody’s fault at the hotel. Just a pain to have to hear in the evening when we got in

I like that it had a nice size refrigerator, microwave and the iron and ironing board were in the room.

The bedspreads were outdated, burnt, holes and had stains.

Looked like you guys renovated the place and it was very very nice.

A free bottled water would’ve been nice in the room.
