Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country

Nice accomodations, the public area has ample patio furniture for sitting around to visit and enjoy the weather. The happy hour was fun and hopping, as many showed up for the event. Would stay again.

The literature given to us said the bar/restaurant opened at 2:00 daily. But it opened around 5:30 p, so we had to get out and walk around (no car) to find something to eat. Front desk unable to help us as to where to go, finally one of the maintenance crew was very helpful. I think it is imperative that front desk should be familiar with the area and have concierge skills to assist visitors who are unfamiliar with the location. Other than that, the stay was great, as was the accomodations and most of the staff.

The rooms are old. Electric outlets are falling out of places. The first room we got smelled bad and had no natural light. It was so small and depressing and totally not worth over $300 per night! However the front desk lady was kind enough to switch us to a second floor room which is a lot better so we stayed. I also felt booking through a third party got discriminated somehow because we didn’t get to offer welcome bottles of water and didn’t get to receive the receipt at the check out.

The hotel was in center of all activities! Casino and wineries were just a quick Uber away.

Water leak! Every time the floor above us showered our bathroom leaked. Called the front desk late one night and they said we could move (at 2am). Declined, asked if they looked the next day. Never came! There was Two full beds, my husband and I barely fit. We had to sleep on the separate beds.

The Hotel Personnel, from front desk to maintenance, kitchen & housekeeping were all very pleasant and cheerful! All smiled and said "hello" and were willing to help in every way. They set the tone for a great vacation, family reunion, or business trip in my opinion. Outstanding Service!!! My last visit was 4 years ago (pre pandemic), and the Embassy Suites hotel in Temecula is again a wonderful hotel for a 4-day or weeklong visit! The entire hotel is kept very clean. The staff service is excellent, and the delicious full breakfast and nightly happy hour are a bonus! Great indoor dining rooms and outdoor patio for eating and relaxing. Bedding, towels, curtains and overall maintenance of room was very nice. Since it was so hot a couple days, we did stay in more than normal. The huge pool and hot tub were clean, and the pool was fun to sit around and swim in. The hot tub was a delight after a long day of traveling.

Our room was wonderful, clean and well kept. A little wear & tear was starting to show on one of the chairs at the table, with a hole in the seat, and quite a few nics on the woodwork around the refrigerator and sink area. (Sorry to be picky, just thought I'd mention it to let you know.)

The suite was spacious and I loved the layout of the room, separate and nestled in the back of the suite. I felt like I was in a house and not a hotel. The happy hour was very nice and the full-sized, made to order breakfast was amazingly good. The staff in all facets of the hotel were friendly and approachable. The hotel was super clean and comfy. Although, I didn’t bring a dog, I love that they accept pets.

The staff is absolutely incredible! They're helpful, polite, and just downright happy and seem enthusiastic about being at work!! My room is spacious, has a great balcony, is clean, and smells nice! Mini-fridge is cold and ready for your groceries and beverages. The bed and bedding are really comfortable. A/C unit doesn't mess around works amazingly! The hotel is quiet despite being off the hwy! Will definitely book here again! Thanks for such a great stay!

The hidden $100 dog fee on booking.com. However, I understand the staff is not at fault for this!

I always love the happy hour and the breakfast! At the morning breakfast, it was clear that they were one-man short, but the man battled to make all the omelettes! He even came out to apologize to a customer who wanted pancakes, but they ran out. Man, people can be so demanding! The staff are always accommodating.

Unfortunately I didn't take advantage of the manager's happy hour or the breakfast, but glad that they were available. Loction of the hotel is great - easy access to/from the freeway. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Overall, I've enjoyed my two (2) stays at the particular location.

As Hilton member, staff did forget to give me my welcome bag, but that is not significant. Front desk staff was busy with a number of check ins Sunday afternoon.

Staff was excellent, property however is in GIRE need of upgrade. Furniture is worn out and torn. Tables and cabinets are all scratched and marked. No USB plugs available in the room. Our room was NOT good.

Service and staff are most friendly and accommodating.

good location for wine tasting

I booked two suites at this hotel for a group of 6 because of the location near the wineries and for the pool/ spa for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. We were not informed prior to our stay that the pool/ spa would be closed or we would’ve stayed somewhere else.
