Quality Inn & Suites Camarillo-Oxnard

Room was clean.

The young girl at the counter wasn't friendly at all. She was actually rude and unpersonanable. I asked where the room was? down there with zero emotion. She then repeated 5 times no pets and smoking or no deposit back. I said finally I heard you the first 4 times." Thank you. I arrived at 8 pm. Asked if there was somewhere close to eat, she said she had no idea of anywhere. I know my way around that area but want to see what she would say. Then left first think in the morning wasn't there but 8 hours maybe. I'm not sure she should be working your front desk. First impressions are important and she was not a good one.

Very simple clean room, breakfast was non existence, nothing there, machines broken

Road noise was somewhat bad but expected on a highway

The freeway is right across which was very convenient. As soon as we opened our hotel door for the first time, it smelled so good and clean. The staff were very friendly especially the front desk workers. Breakfast was decent.

Not sure what happened but our room was never cleaned the 3 nights we stayed there.

my key card kept cancelling, so, when i would go to my room and be carrying stuff up , the door would not unlock and i had to leave my stuff at the door, because it was too inconvenient to carry it down stairs, to go get the card charged. this happened many times.

First time staying at this location due to an issue with my previous booking. But it turned out to be for the best! The staff was very friendly, the room was a nice size, and was very clean, even having a sanitation seal on the restroom facilities! Will definitely be staying here again, and will recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Came for my friend's funeral and stayed here, oh my goodness the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Their breakfast was delicious and warm and the coffee was good! I definitely would recommend The Quality Inn for anyone who would want a good nights rest.

ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, HAD ALL AMENITIES, GOOD HEAT, MICROWAVE, FRIDGE, COFFEE MAKER. HOT BAKED COOKIES IN THE LOBBY ANYTIME AND THE BREAKFAST WAS COMPLETE

ONLY ONE ELEVATOR AND TWO STAIR CASES WERE NOT ADEQUATE FOR A ROOM ON THE 3RD FLOOR. PARKING IS TIGHT.

the facilities out front could have been a little cleaner and the parking lot to entrance is a trip hazard could use some maintenance and the stairways could use some update and maintenance/ cleaner, better coffee orange juice was water. but the room was nice and comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. They had a full breakfast in the morning with a staff member to help. The pool was clean and well maintained. Easy check in.

Our bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. However for the price I am was willing wash it down. Over all a very clean updated hotel.

Good value for money. Staff knew where to direct us to get food (site is not near any walkable food vendors).

The doors to hallway were a bit thin-could hear conversations outside room very easily…fortunately the pool closes at 9 and so not really an issue as it turned out.
