The place was excellent my problem is with booking.com

Booking .com was the worst experience ever arrive to my hotel for them not to have got my room booked because of booking.com I spoke with a lady who said she would try to figure it out and would find me a room if needed be she also said that all the charges would be covered for the inconvenience it would take approximately 30 minutes to call me back. She never called me back. To even check if i had anywhere to stay like she said she would and im waiting on my refund and would never use booking.com again!!

The bathroom isn't handicap friendly to someone with walking difficulties. While they did bring a shower chair to the room an accessible shower with a bench seat is much safer and more practical. Also, who's inane idea was it to put the sink on a slope so you can't set anything down without it sliding into the sink? Mouthwash? In the sink. Soap? In the sink. Etc, etc

Pool is closed temporarily which is the only reason as to why we booked the place here, especially because of the fact of it being indoors. Rooms could be a little better maintained especially for the rats that they charge and it being part of the Hilton chain it’s a shame to the name. Bathroom vent didn’t work, room a/c wasn’t even cool blew more hot air out, it was upsetting. The nicest part of the whole hotel was the lobby upon check in. (Rooms should be the same way) lol

Things stated above. Also billing issue and charged more than once and still haven’t received a refund!!!!!

Everything was spectacular!! I do not understand how this is a 3-star hotel when it needs to be a 5-star hotel for this site!! Everything was clean and organized. The room was perfect and the staff was so wonderful! They helped answer our questions! Heck, the membership to sign up for rewards is FREE! The breakfast is amazing! I had some scrambled eggs, yogurt, and fried potatoes! It was amazing! I recommend staying here! Will be coming back for sure!

There was only one thing I didn't like was that the shower head holder was broken but that is really it

Room accessibility. Proximity to restrauants.

The website states there is a bar and restaurant but it was closed. Also it states there is breakfast but nothing of a 13.00 dollar charge. Very disappointing.

The young lady receptionist who checked us in was very helpful & courteous. Young man who assisted with our breakfast very cordial. The room was spacious & planned out well-couch, bed, desk by window. Parking was plentiful. We walked to dinner at Black Angus. Bed was COMFY-Slept well.

Late in the evening people checked into the room next door & their dogs were barking. Woke me up. The HVAC unit was loud so thank God we didn’t have to use. The bathroom vent stayed on all night but at least we were still able to sleep well.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Pool was clean. Gym was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious with nice options.

Hot tub was foaming and looked a little dirty

room had bottle caps, used coffee pod and trash that was not picked up. pet fee was $75 extra.

The pool was open and my kids liked going in it. The only thing they said about the pool was that it would have been nicer if the pool was heated and not ice cold.

Other than the pool being cold we liked everything

No continual breakfast offered. For the price should have been included. Was disappointed with the lack of amenities for the business travel.
