My family very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It is in a great location for families, with having Walmart Chuck e cheese and great restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, rooms were great with the kitchen. My favorite part was the breakfast, it was absolutely amazing, I loved the waffle bar with the fruit and different syrups to go on top!!! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at this property again. Staff and management was very welcoming and accommodating!!!!

Best parts are the location, it is very safe and family friendly with everything you need in walking distance, And then the breakfast, for the first times I've actually enjoyed the free breakfast at a hotel!!!

The room we had was well equipped with dishes, a sink, utensils and a refrigerator. It had a sofa that opened up to a bed and between the bed and sofa/bed there was a room divider you could pull out for privacy (that was pretty neat, I had never seen a room like that before). Breakfast is not continental, it is wrapped up burritos/hard boiled eggs, that you can unwrap and heat up in a microwave. There is oatmeal, bagels. Breakfast is good.

Rude neighbors. In the middle of the night (@2am) our neighbors diagonal from us (down the hall) started playing music in the hallway and started talking and laughing out loud. At 2am, this echoed...we finally were able to go to bed when they dialed it down some (@5am).

The location. All other needs like grocery shopping restaurants and fast foods within walking distance. Also bus services.

I truly cant think of anything. I am not picky. All I needed was a bed to sleep wifi connection and pleasant staff to greet during my stay and I got that.

I like that the property was clean and the location was conveniently by Walmart and restaurants.

I didn’t like that the front desk representative wanted to charge 250.00 deposit for our room and the total stay for the room was 269.00. That’s ridiculous, but I do find it out that she got my husband card information but never put the pending deposit on the card. So I would just be cautious about that.

Staff were very helpful, the pool was great, room facilities were very good as well. Everything was very clean.

The sofa bed was very short and uncomfortable, and you could feel every spring in it. The room was very nice, but a bit small.

I was not able to get the breakfast because I had to leave for work before 4:30 AM

I understand the amount of the room deposit because of all the accessories in the room particularly associated with the kitchen area AND the quality of the room overall... BUT... before I made it up to the room I was experiencing sticker shock with the $250 deposit for local residents... the hotel I normally stay in is only a $50 deposit... you are $20 more a night but it is worth the extra money IF I plan on dining in any... or if I just want the extra comfortable bed.... now that I know getting the deposit back is no big deal AND now that I know how luxurious your rooms are there I'm OK.... but I almost said, "No way"

The rooms are spacious and having a kitchenette is very handy when traveling with children. My son really enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool. The property is kept very clean and the staff are super friendly. Great breakfast with many options as well.

Me & My Family Enjoyed Our Stay! The Pool Was Amazing! We Got In Both Nights We We’re There. The Hotel Is In A Very Convenient Location.

My Only Dislike Was The Bed. The Queen Bed Felt like A Twin. Me & My Boyfriend Felt Like We We’re Sharing a Dorm Size Bed, and We Only Got 3 Pillows. It Wasn’t A Big Issue, & I Would Definitely Stay again.

Wonderful people! I enjoy the ability to pick up breakfast and take back to my room, especially in COVID times. Always enjoy FREE washers and dryers that I use while exercising in the same location.

It seemed a bit more rundown than when I stayed in May, but it IS a busy, much used place. Had a little trouble with washer and dryer working correctly. Perhaps posted instructions would help.

I loved the cleanliness of the room.

when I arrived I had to wait 15 mins to get in because the agent wasn't at the desk. also the breakfast was terrible and cold. It wasn't fully prepped correctly nor stocked so guest had to wait until food etc was done and brought out.
