Holiday Inn Express Suites Little Rock West, an IHG Hotel

The front desk workers were exceptional. Everything was extremely clean. It was very quiet inside as well. The breakfast was amazing. Everything surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be a return guest in the near future.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was beyond what I expected. It was the best experience I have ever had. I will be referring all of my friends and family. I am excited to book again with you in the near future.

Breakfast was great. The only issue we had was that our Booking confirmation number could not be found, so we spent 35 minutes trying to check in. We ended up cancelling our initial reservation with Booking.com and paying again through the hotel. We had to get Booking on the phone and the GM of the hotel to straighten it all out. Getting that resolved was much more complicated than it should have been.

Checking in was our only issue. It was a huge inconvenience, and it should have all been completed when we arrived.

The omelets were cute. Perhaps cheese available for melting? Sausage, blueberry muffins, gravy, Raisin Bran, peach yogurt, white milk, and apple juice were all tasty. Thanks for the selection! What about packets of grits (maybe some cheese for that too!) or oatmeal?

I don’t regularly drink coffee but I tried breakfast blend and… yikes!!… do people enjoy that with the the creamer and sugar provided? I didn’t. I have only tried and use Dunkin’ Singh it’s breakfast blend and Starbucks alpine ridge or something.

they called to tell me the room i book with the jacuzzi was broken and gave us another room at discount price.. was looking forward to that room but someone the night before broke it some how so they move us to other room ..,was very pleased with the room

There is nothing that I have to complain about with this property. I’ve been staying here for 4+years when traveling to Little Rock. The staff is always exceptionally nice & courteous, the facility is always clean, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. This property seems to be in a rather safe setting, I’ve never heard many sirens going by or seen anything suspicious while I’ve been there.

Nice continental breakfast.

The sheets and mattress for the pull out sofa were not updated.. .the sheets were in the closet in a plastic bag, but, they were dingy, and had something sticky, like syrup, on them.... When we asked for more clean sheets and face towels, the front desk worker was quite abrasive and resistant, before finally giving the sheets.

The rooms were a lot bigger than I expected and also they had a fold-out couch so each of my teenage children while my wife and I were across the hall in our room. Also even though they were under construction the maintenance people were very quiet I didn't even notice them till I went to check on my kids very professional.

Very little parking was a little concerned that we would not have anywhere to park.

The property is in the process of being renovated but they are doing a good job of keeping the rooms tidy and stocked with what guests need.

There is only one elevator and it’s hard if the maid staff needs to get in to do their job. Having another elevator may help resolve some traffic within the lobby.

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean. The Saturday night we stayed was surprisingly quiet. We noticed a lot of families and couples at breakfast and were surprised that the previous evening had been so quiet. Breakfast was perfect and satisfied our entire group. This hotel is now my first choice when traveling to Little Rock.

I can't think of one thing I didn't like about this hotel.

The property is centrally located, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, quaint “kitchen” area in King Suite, spa tub was wonderful, checkout is at noon.

The heated pool was cold, breakfast ends at 9 - so no chance to sleep in and still have breakfast.
