Quality Inn Navajo Nation Capital

Property was easy to find, rooms were spotless, staff were friendly. Breakfast included was a limited menu from the full restaurant, so got a freshly prepared egg and toast along with tea! Price was very affordable for the quality.

A colleague had trouble with the flooded parking lot when arriving after a storm, but my experience was fine - just something to watch out for if traveling during monsoon season!

The location is great for exploring Navajo Nation and the Petrified Forest. The waiter at breakfast was exceptional. He was very attentive to our needs, but more than that, he was extremely personable and friendly. He told us about a variety of things we could nearby (museum, zoo, handicrafts market), all while exuding genuine friendliness. Our daughter said he was the best waiter *ever*!

this was the perfect location for our group for a one night stay. Everyone working at Quality Inn, including the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful, and the fresh cookies were delicious. I found the room to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay at this Quality Inn again if I happened to need a place to stay in Window Rock.

Excellent value, good food at the restaurant (three meals), and great location. We spent a good part of two days in the Navajo Nation and visited Window Rock (stunning), the monument to the Code Talkers, and the Hubble Trading Post down the road. We also had easy access to a large grocery store to fill up on lunches and snacks for the rest of our trip.

Nothing really bad. The room is basic so it is hard to give the facilities the highest rating.

Nothing. It was just what we expected. Older establishment but knew that going in.

The comfort of the bed, the accomodations for tech items, and the complimentary breakfast. Although the provided options for breakfast, i didnt partake of it option, i ordered off the menu and a discount was applied to my meal.

Dated decor and i kept killing small bugs on the restroom counter.

The only place to stay for many miles. Staff was exceptional and helpful.

Staff was awesome. Outside was run down. Parking lot was in bad shape. Room was clean. Carpet was old I would not walk on it barefooted. I just expected better for a Quality Inn.

We arrived late there was no light on to indicate the location or that it was open. Also.. it was a long drive and the lobby bathroom was not available although we saw employees using it.

The rooms are always clean, thats what i like about it

the parking lot roads, are bad. the front entrance needs renovate, to make it nice

Google made us get lost, so we called the hotel for directions and they were PERFECT! The ladies behind the desk were so lovely. We were given cookies! How is that for a nice welcome?
