Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Scottsdale - Old Town

Great location, cozy and clean apartment for good value of money. We did stay only for 2 nights but wish could stay longer.

We did enjoy our stay and there is almost nothing to add. Possibly could be some cutlery included to the apartment so no need to go and ask all the items you need for cooking. Otherwise everything is available at the reception for no extra cost.

We were not aware of any breakfast being available. That question is actually surprising.

We might have heard less traffic noise if we stayed in one of rooms on the inside corridor, and if the door flashing was not damaged. Cars speeding down the busy street were a bit much. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

the staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful and could get me whatever I needed to make myself more comfortable and the location was great. the room was spotless when I got in.

the key cards get too easily demagnetized and I got locked out 5 times. the staff was helpful every time though. even holding the key in the hand my watch was on would do it.

The staff was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The area is great for shopping and exploration. In fact, walgreens-starbucks and a few other conveniences were within a few hundred feet! You can wakeup and get coffee as well as stock up on anything you may have forgotten! As well as the hotel providing pots, pans, dishes and other “house hold necessities” that made the stay comfortable as well as keeping spending on food low as you could cook for yourself in the comfort of your room.

There were some strange characters that lurked around the back of the property, harmless just unsettling. Also The AC blows extremely cold for a few minutes, shuts off and then gets extremely warm again in the rooms. This is a “non smoking” property but it was not enforced. Our bathroom had an unsettling odor of cigarette smoke but I believe this may have been from the upstairs tenants as it only came through the vent in the bathroom. I have stayed here previously with my mother and her room on the top floor had no odor issues. My only other complaint would be that the sheets and pillows are scratchy, given it’s a low cost hotel I could understand and didn’t bother me much as I had brought my own pillows and blankets. That being said, I’d suggest an investment into fabric softener.

Location, friendly check in office, equipped rooms, clean and updated rooms, parking free in Location next to your room. There is not maid service except for once a week but I already know that from my stay in Extended Stay in San Fernando Valley. But the amenities that you have in the room made it your home away from home.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and full equipped with all the self services I need for my business trip. It is the perfect hotel to stay away for the business traveler, walking distance from Old Town Scottsdale and 3 blocks from the hotel were I was working, plus all the amenities Extended Stay America offer for its long stay travelers microwave, refrigerator, a little kitchen and sink,, table for dinners, my suite was the smaller , for one person, but have everything I needed for safe time and money while relaxing at my suite after work. Also free parking right in front my room. Many restaurants next block, even Starbucks and Walgreens, everything was handy without the noise of the super busy and touristic spots.

Location was great, close to restaurants and shopping, so you didn’t have to drive..

The breakfast, little to none healthy choices, out in the open where many hands were touching ~ With Covid numbers still high, this was uncomfortable.

it was a chill property everybody was friendly vibes was amazing me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay there and would recommend anyone to stay at a simple good room with a kitchen

the dirtiness of the other peoples rooms I walked passed and weird characters walking around the location sometimes at night

Thought could of been better maybe pastries and muffins

The room needed painting and the bathroom needed fixing. The windows don’t stay open so those need to be fixed

Pillows were not very good mushy needed a couple at least or better ones
