Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very attentive, and always in a wonderful mood.

Electricity went out two of the three days that we were there, so we missed out on the wonderful breakfast our second morning there. First day it went out for 10 minutes and the second time it was out for an hour and a half by the time we left.

Close to the University of Alabama Bed was very comfortable

Location was very expensive. Staff was lacking. Never had room services, shampoo & body wash were empty & requested that it be filled during my stay but no follow through. Very disappointed for the price paid for this property

Great location, nice suites, great view of river

Front desk staff was horrible. First said I cancelled my reservation than once that was resolved they put me in a different accommodation than I booked. Lastly the front desk staff never told us about the free breakfast when we checked in. And warning, it's $100 for a dog to stay overnight. Thats robbery! Than upon return home from my trip I see they charged me for not only my room but my travel companions room, of which they paid for their own room. I called hotel to have it credited an they refused. Great hotel, but really really bad service.

Room and hallway had a sewer smell that came and went. Only provided a set of 3 towels for a room that sleeps 5-6. Didn't replenish toliet paper so had to twice go down to the front desk to get some.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms in the King one bedroom. The breakfast was the best I have ever had while traveling. Great location! We were so close to the campus that it took only a few minutes (5) to get to the event. Fantastic hotel!

It was understandably booked full because it is a stones throw from the campus.

Staff was awesome! Beautiful property! Very clean and well taken care of. It was nice to take our pets along & not worry about them. Also to have a nice safe place to let them run off the energy. We were there for our daughter's funeral, and when you are heartbroken, this helps.

The breakfast bar was out of eggs on Sunday morning and the chef was embarrassed. We felt bad for her. Request a room on the top floor if you do not want to be woke up by the party crowd coming in when the bars close.!

The location is right on the river, very quiet and serene. Close to campus and easy access.

My room did not have a remote, which I finally got. But no other issues and all staff was very friendly.

Very spacious room…nice that it is close to the Riverwalk

There was a 100$ change for our dog…this seemed very expensive…Most dogs that travel are used to hotels and do very little damage.
