This was our second stay at this facility. The facility was clean, was quiet and met our needs. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the grits! The serving area for breakfast was clean and the personnel were very pleasant! Tip: Go down before 8 AM to avoid the crowd!
This was our second stay at the facility. The room this time was smaller than our prior room next to the elevator. Attention to housekeeping was not quite as great as the room. These things are not enough to keep us from returning, but housekeeping needs to turn it up a notch. We plan to return at a future date!

The entire staff was pleasant and friendly,The lady in the Breakfast area every morning was very pleasant and friendly her food was great. Missy and the other ladies at the front Desk was so nice ,friendly and has Excellent customer service skills.
The swimming pool was available to use , however there was no chlorine in the pool which is not safe seeing that covid 19 still exist.That was the only down fall because it was very hot during our stay other than that everything else was awesome.

it was convenient, clean, updated inside/but not outside, nice breakfast.
the second floor was HOT when we got off the elevator and our actual room was hot and damp feeling. I turned on the air, and used a fan we brought with us to help circulate the air and after a couple of hours it was livable. the rates were VERY high for comparable rooms but I’m sure it was because of graduation at the university.

Location was perfect and breakfast was good. Not very non-pork friendly. Each day there were a variety of meats but never a turkey sausage or chicken option. The rest of my family was fine but I am a non pork or beef eater so I wasn't able to have much variety each day.
Stated above about breakfast meat choices. Also, the hotel tried to charge me for additional adults in my party , an extra $75 during check out,but it was definitely incorrect and I had to dispute at the front desk.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to the manager when it was an issue with my booking she got on it immediately and fixed it with no problem and the breakfast was fantastic both mornings I also had a problem with the toilet seat and the lady at the front made sure that was fixed immediately plus the bathroom was nice and clean no mildew or nothing in the tubs or on the sink I’ve had to say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel and will definitely stay here again and this place is highly recommended
You had some kids running and making a lot of noise which aggravated my wife

Breakfast was great and so was the female that worked breakfast was wonderful. She cooked that good food with love and it tasted like it.
I had no wash cloths ion the room and I couldn’t call the front desk to request towels, The phone in the room was’t functioning correctly. Those were small but my only issues.

It was a very nice stay. The receptionist or supervisor was very warm and welcoming. She gave us ideas of places to eat and directions. We were really crazy about her. She said she was retired and re-entered with this position.
We got a room that was set up for one Queen size bed and there was not a really comfortable chair to sit in when not in the bed. However, it was fine and not a real problelm.

The facility was clean and well stocked. The front desk was so nice. She even gave me a water when I arrived. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.
The only complaint I have is there were no USB charger ports. The last 5 places we stayed had one so I didn't bring a charger block.
