I was extremely impressed with the hotel desk clerk Patrice. I was there to visit my sister in the hospital. The hotels' juice machine has been broke for quite sometime. Patrice worked around the clock on New Years weekend. She bought gallons of orange juice & put a glass beverage dispenser on the breakfast line with ice to keep it chilled. I stayed 3 nights & 4 days, my visit was wonderful. Cindy the breakfast bar employee, kept it spotless & everything filled. She was friendly and helpful. Tywan was my housekeeping person. He was friendly, kind & helpful. No matter where I seen him, inside the hotel or outdoors he had a big smile on his face! I will always stay at Home2 Suites in Prattville. You have excellent employees, please let them know it.

Location, hospitality, cleanliness, staff was absolutely excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! And they were so cordial, approachable and accommodating! My family and I bonded with them instantly

The pool, was the only downfall. my kids were looking forward to swimming wholeheartedly, but the conditions of the water made that wish dissipate. The staff made us aware that they were doing their best to get the pool maintenance company to come out and work on it but attempts had been unsuccessful likely due to it being a holiday

was charged 2 times for my stay things happen, and we totally understand things happen. However, when calling the guy who answered, he was rude and hung up on me after i couldn't understand what he was saying a couple times......he dosnt speak clear.....but i called back the next day and staff was extremely nice and fixed the problem!!!

Clean, comfortable, modern. Close to restaurants, shopping, work and home. Really excellent breakfast each morning. Fitness center and pool were in great condition and there was a grill and tables.

Needed more fresh fruit options. Only oranges and kiwi each day. Out of the disposable earbuds for fitness center.

We liked the location and the fact that it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed in the same hotel in May and the room and bathroom were immaculate and updated. The room we had this time had peeling wallpaper and chipped paint on the woodwork. During our stay in May, I felt like our money was well spent. Not so much this time.

We LOVED the nice big rooms. Very nice and clean rooms. Hallway was a bit messy both at check in and check but the room itself was very nice.

I specifically chose this hotel for this visit with the pool on mind. We had our 2 grandchildren with us for the afternoon. As we got to the pool and we’re just about to enjoy a swim, we were told there was a problem with the chemicals and should immediately get out of the pool. We were told at check in just a few hours prior that the pool was heated and was open from 8am until 10 pm. Needless to say, this was very disappointing as this was the number 1 reason I chose this hotel in the first place. Other than this, our stay was nice and the older lady there was very apologetic and very nice to us. I just wish we had known there was issues with the pool at check in.

no do not disturb signs for doors Cleaning staff was knocking on the door at 9:30a on checkout day and proceeded to open the door while my husband was using the bathroom and I was still in the bed.. Not Cool with that!!

It was a wonderful room! I loved having a mini kitchen. The beds also slept wonderfully!

I booked the room, choosing to pay later, In the email it was $128 for one night and the day of when I went to pay, it was $250. Definitely a huge difference in prices of what I was expecting.

My room could have been cleaner. There were hairs around the faucet where clearly the sink hadnt been cleaned well, the plastic soap container had soap buildup from previous uses. When I go to a hotel, I expect perfection when it comes to cleanliness. I shouldn’t use the restroom and immediately see dirty things like that. A new soap tray which has been cleaned should be put there with each new guest. And of course every inch of that place should be wiped down and sanitized as you guys claim it is. I was too tired and alone with my toddler to ask for any changes to be made. The cleanliness of my room was the only thing I could complain about.

It was a very nice area, lots of places to eat and shop, yet very quiet and relaxing. My room was better than I imagined it to be. Pleasantly surprised. I’ve never stayed in Home 2 suites. Great choice . The hotel even hAd an outdoor grilling area near the pool.
