Comfort Inn & Suites Millbrook - Pratville

everything about the stay was great..

I didn’t like that they hold an extra 50.00 how do they know that everyone have money to hold…they said I was going to get the money back after checking out up to 3 business days…It has been a whole week and I still haven’t received my money back on my card now they saying it depends on my bank…I called my bank and they was like I should have it If they put it back on my card because it don’t take more than three days to get transactions cleared with them, so what’s the hold up? the room was left clean and I don’t smoke….

Everything was excellent! This hotel is a great value!!!!!! I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago when it was under a different name. It was a good hotel then but it is exponentially better!!!!!!

The only negative would be the view of the back of the hotel. However, its a small negative and won't change my superior rating for this hotel.

It was clean for the most part and very comfortable and staff was friendly

We had to clean the shower floor. Being a rough surface it had dark residue in the crevices of the floor. I cleaned it with a Mr eraser and it came right up. However that being said I realize the house keeping only allotted time for each room cleaning. Hopefully management takes care of the shower deep cleaning periodically.

Staff at check in and out was Absolutely Amazing! Bed was very comfortable location was perfect, lots of food and shopping choices.

Staff of Breakfast area was just down right rude. Very unpleasant and obviously disgusted with the guest that arrived a few minutes before 9:00, even turned off the drink dispenser prior to 9am. She huffed and puffed around folks who were still eating as to hurry them along, my husband and I were fortunate to arrive in plenty of time however as we sipped coffee and waited for the rest of our party we were able to watch the attitude.

Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Great location and staff was great with good breakfast Choices. Great stay for the price. This was my second stay at this hotel. Will return again.

The room has a slightly mildew smell upon entering, but soon decreased with the AC on. Very low commodes.

The breakfast was great and the location was very good. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The young lady who helped us check in was very professional. I wish all hotels and condos that we have visited were as nice and clean as this property! Thank you!

Breakfast was ok....our room was clean, bed was comfy. bathroom was clean and spacious...easy to get to off of I65 and quiet

Booking.com has the property listed as Millbrook- Pratville , which should be listed only as Millbrook. The GPS will send anyone using Pratville address to a Wal-Mart instead of the Comfort Inn in Millbrook.

Great staff and very clean

I was staying on the first floor and it was a little noisy. I have stayed at this Comfort Inn and Suited many times but always on an upper floor.

The property was very clean & the bed was quite comfortable. The checkin was pleasant.

location…. very difficult to get to during rush hour traffic. Also the entrance is confusing especially at night.
