staff were super friendly, and very accomodating and welcoming. They made it a point to ask how we were doing, how we slept. They were happy to have us stay with them. service was excellent.

Property was way better than big 4 star chains. will definitely consider staying with independent hotels in future.

The staff were excellent, very accomodating friendly and helpful. the location was a small hamlet next to at times a busy road. Very popular with visitors and locals. All food excellent and plenty of it. Breakfast as substantial as you need although no continental option. All food cooked fresh to a very high standard, delicious. Room spacious, clean with good garden view. bathroom clean & up to date with toiletries replaced every day with towels etc. tea coffee biscuits plentiful.

Our stay was for 3 nights and we were originally placed in the only first floor room (No8) which was a family room beside the road. Very hot and the road noise was intrusive and the room not to the same standard as the other rooms. Staff were very accomodating & went out of there way to help us and we were moved to another room without any fuss for the other 2 nights

Excellent stay, check in was very welcoming after a long journey, room very clean and plenty of room.Booked a table for dinner and have to say the food was excellent quality, the service from Antonio was outstanding-any restaurant or hotel would be very lucky to have Antonio working for them.a great nights sleep was followed by a cooked breakfast which again was excellent. Please pass on my thanks to Antonio and also The blonde haired lady that served our breakfast who was also a credit to your establishment (so sorry didn't catch her name) we will definitely be staying again and if any possible future guests are reading this please book a room or eat a meal here- you will not be disappointed!

Nothing not to like.

quiet location, comfortable, friendly, boutique style & excellent food

where to sit in the dinning room was dictated by the staff and not where the customer wanted to sit. We had booked B&B and as a couple we were shown to a table at both dinner (which we were paying in full for) & breakfast next to a party of 20! Thankfully at dinner we were moved but at breakfast we asked to sit near a window 2 tables away from the large party but were informed that this table wasn’t set for breakfast & had to choose between 3 tables set for 2 people which were all next to the large party! When we sat down I had to ask for the table to be cleaned due to salt still being left on the table.

I really liked the Dewdrop Inn as it was cosy and the rooms had a "homely" feel. Everything was clean and tidy, there was also access to a garden direct from the room. The food was great and suitably priced, staff were attentive and approachable. The TV provided an array or options including Amazon Prime and Netflix.

Only a minor negative and really shouldn't dissuade anyone from booking. The noise of doors closing and sometimes people walking outside of the room was audible. It didn't bother me but may for those who are very light sleepers.

A warm and prompt welcome on arrival which was great after a long journey. Staff were all courteous and attentive. Bar was quite cosy and welcoming and obviously well attended by locals which is a good to see. A vibrant buzz feeling to the pub and nice seating areas to relax. Food was great with a good choice of dinner menu. Booking dinner is recommended as it was very busy even on a Thursday evening (almost didn’t bother to book a table but glad we did) Again, lots of locals were also eating in their restaurant area. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and again, good choice with hot and cold food options available.

Can’t comment because there really was nothing to complain about. It had good reviews which is why we booked and we were not disappointed in any way,

The staff were wonderful! They were so friendly they made me feel very welcome. Also, the chef at the on-site restaurant was amazing!! I really enjoyed dining there.

There were a few things that could have been better. 1. No laundry facilities were provided, so I had to wash my smalls in the sink and then they took several days to dry. 2. The beds were a little too squashy for my back, I would have preferred a harder mattress.

I think we stayed just after an in-depth renovation or even a rebuild. The rooms were finished to a very high standard and had every facility. They were kept clean and tidy and linen refreshed. Dinner was excellent and the dishes often novel and imaginative. The breakfast menu was possibly the most attractive that I have come across. Staff were very pleasant and uniformly helpful.

Nothing really. I gave 10 for all except location. Nothing wrong with the location - in a semi-rural village, but nothing special - no view of the Malverns or across the Severn. Convenient for Worcester. I saw in other reviews some complaints about noise from the attached pub, but we had no trouble with that. It is a reasonably up-market pub and we just saw a lot of local people enjoying themselves, quietly and peacefully.

We loved the location, I was working locally and stayed with my wife, it was convenient for me. The staff were excellent, especially Antonio who was the Maitre D in the restaurant, couldn’t do enough and didn’t bother us as many have in the past, the food was excellent, very pleasant stay.

I’m being picky but I’m that’s what theses are for, I like absolute darkness to sleep (I wear a night mask, and even that didn’t work, buy better curtains) Teach the cook how to cook poached eggs, they were like golf balls.
