I loved my room, and the super king size comfortable bed. There were 4 windows which made the room very light. The location was perfect for me, as I could walk to the cathedral twice a day, on the level alongside the beautiful river. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked, and the choices of food offered were excellent. The room was pleasingly furnished and equipped with fridge, iron, tv, tea, coffee, and the window blinds kept out the light. I enjoyed sitting in the sun on the riverside at the end of the day with a cocktail.

There was nothing I didn't like. However, some people might not like the music playing outside until 11pm, but it is a cocktail bar, and people do sit outside chatting. There is also a water feature of lots of fountains outside, so you can hear the wooshing water from about 9am to 6 or 7pm, and sometimes there are excited children running in and out of the jets shouting and squealing, but none of this bothered me.

The room had everything I needed, fan, nice towels, fresh milk for my tea, nice soap, etc, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had to leave early so pre-ordered my breakfast. the next day, my breakfast was ready at the agreed time. Also it had a great view of the river. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere .

The lift is of an old make which requires users to pull close the inner door, otherwise it doesn't work. Unfortunately other users did not close it, so I had to walk in at least 2 occasions. This is not the hotel's fault, but customers, however if there was a more modern lift, this wouldn't be a problem. It's only 3 floors, not a super problem, just convenient to bring up and down the luggage.

We walked onto the reception area and it looked just amazing. The chap that booked us in was very polite and welcoming. I had booked a superior king room as it was our Anniversary. However, we didn't get this room as we had been upgraded to an apartment. The apartment was simply just beautiful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant on the first night, Staff very polite and helpful service was quick and the food was delicious and hot on arrival. Breakfast there was a good choice on the menu, again service and staff perfect. Hotel Close to the centre the cathedral is just a few minutes walk away too. Over all we loved everything even the noise of the birds. Watching all the swans going by was lovley too, would we come back to stay here! Yes 100%, and that's without an upgrade.

We have no faults with our stay.

Breakfast excellent - staff happy to make minor changes eg to allow for food sensitivities. Helpful advice for parking. Nice restaurant ambience. Some large tables for our group of 10. No room aircon, but is a warehouse conversion and temp was good, nice fan already in room. Very convenient for good quality high street, nice pubs and modern restaurants. Sort of like Salisbury crossed with Dorchester. Hotel right on lovely Riverside walk. Room was available to use ahead of check-in time. Breakfast 8-11 allowed a lie-in.

The room was stunning, great decor, not the largest room, but very nice. The Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, I had the yoghurt and granola then eggs Benedict, perfect. Just very small cups in room and at breakfast, I am very much a large mug person, so although quaint this did not quench my thirst! We had dinner in the evening, outside, it was lovely, the service was spot on, the food was lovely and not stupidly expensive. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be back. We left a charger so we will be back 😉🤣

The small cups, I thought they may have been Worcester pottery which would have explained the old fashioned tiny tea cups, but they weren’t. If this is all I have to say that I didn’t like, well as you can tell, it is very very good! You will not be disappointed

Firstly that I got a surprise upgrade, so don’t know what my normal room would have been like, but the room I had was truly special. It was so beautifully decorated, and comfortable. French doors opened out for a beautiful view of the river and the swans. The room was beautifully light. I loved the roll top bath for two. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was perfect with lots to choose from. The staff were really friendly especially Richard, who seemed to be in charge. He was absolutely lovely, and made us feel right at home. I had also organised a meal for 22 people on the Saturday night which Richard oversaw beautifully. Everyone loved the food, and the service was outstanding, especially a waiter called Dan. He couldn’t do enough for us. The whole experience was perfect. Thank you x

I couldn’t work out how to make the shower hotter, but luckily it was warm enough. I used the bath the next day, which was lovely.

Welcoming reception personnel, super friendly restaurant staff, helpful accommodating, willing to go beyond expectations! Chef is super speed was was delivered super quick and every time super delicious Housekeeping personnel surer friendly in the morning and were very helpful! Generally nice hotel, I would certainly be back!

I would appreciate parking would be included in the price and maybe some local arrangements with a few near by car parks.... Chine picture behind the bed in the room where I stayed looked very cheap and unflattering in the room, bottom part of the bed was a bit wear and tear.. they go for a an interesting black and mirror look but on the budget :) I can imagine reference what they attempted to go with but felt like room items were purchased in a Poundland....

We booked a River view as last time we hadn’t and it was well worth it, plus we were upgraded to a stunning room. Spacious, wonderful views, with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner as it was a Sunday evening, so we were given some recommendations at reception. Very helpful and friendly on arrival and check in. We went to the Rectifying Houses, amazing Turkish food and service. The breakfast at Browns is one of the best breakfasts, no hustle and bustle and stunning food, which is a great start to the day.

Had a wonderful two night stay at Browns. We were running late and arrived having planned to eat out but decided to eat at Browns and were very glad we did. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. Lovely food, an interesting choice of cocktails served with a bit of theatre behind the bar, then up to our wonderful third floor room (we had been upgraded for our stay). Breakfast was more of the same. Given the hotel had had to battle with severe flooding around the building only a few days before (with the staff working night and day to keep the water out) the place was a miraculous sea of calm. The location is also wonderful with fab views of the river from our room and so handy for walking into the city. We will be back!

Stayed for work. They upgraded me to an apartment from a room for no extra charge. The apartment which was very large with a separate living room that was one of the biggest I’ve seen at any price point. Really well equipped separate kitchen. Good sized sized bedroom. Dining table to use as office. Nice view of river from apartment. It seems to be a restaurant with rooms rather than the other way around which meant a la carte breakfast of far higher quality than most hotels. Also means restaurant on site for evening meal although seemed to be mainly leisure diners rather than business travellers staying at hotel.

No parking included and postcode provided for paid car park nearby did not lead to it for some reason so given various one way systems ended up driving round Worcester for some time before eventually parking in shopping centre a few minutes from hotel. Given the rest of the apartment was really big the ensuite was quite compact including the shower cubicle and the shower head itself kept falling down the rail to waist height. Only minor quibbles, would stay again.
