Our 2nd visit to Havisham House, this time for 3 nights and once again it didn't disappoint. Havisham House is an exceptional B&B, Adam is a fantastic host who really cares about his guests and always on hand if you need him. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms also have a coffee machine, a variety of teas and lovely biscuits. We were in Dickins room over looking the garden. The garden is amazing something different in every corner. Located in Woburn Village, there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We were going Silverstone for the Moto GP, and it was so easy to get there, we can't recommend Havisham House highly enough. We will certainly be making a return visit.

There is nothing not to like.

Modern and stylish B&B, renovated to an exceptional standard, with well thought out interior design. The host (Adam) was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Our bedroom was beautiful, with tea and coffee facilities, cookies and plenty of wardrobe space. The towels were very luxurious and shampoo and shower gel was provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and a variety of pillows were available. Our room at the rear of the property had a Juliet balcony, with views over the garden. The breakfast provided included cereal, toast and boiled eggs, with orange juice and tea/coffee. We would certainly stay here again.

Highly recommended! Having read the previous reviews we had great expectations for our stay at Havisham House, and these were exceeded. As other reviewers have reported, the accommodation is spacious, very tastefully designed and perfect for our stay. The location was ideal for our trip and the highlight was the welcome and helpfulness of our host - he was on hand to ensure our break was first class, preparing a tasty continental breakfast each day, fresh milk for our room, providing very helpful information about the local area and very kindly booked a local restaurant at short notice. Thank you for your recommendations and hospitality Adam, we look forward to our next stay!

The location was great. The whole property has been exceptionally well restored with true commitment to careful design to the highest standard. The open reception areas were just as thoughtfully furnished as the guest rooms. The interior furnishings were beyond the expectations and surpassed the B&B /guest house standards. Having stayed in a five star hotel in Italy recently, the Hevisham House's commitment to quality and dedication to making the guests truly comfortable during their stay were superior to the five star accommodation in its quality. The art works and accessories complimented really well to the design and made the whole house a real flagship to the craftsmanship and creative arts.

Spotless, beautifully decorated house. Gorgeous garden too, and even a friendly visiting cat provided in case we missed ours! Adam is an amazing host and loves sharing his beautiful house with his guests. Everything is top quality, even the choc chip cookies and sweeties in the room. Comfortable beds, generous duvets and luxurious pillows made for two excellent nights' sleep after a wonderful family wedding and a fascinating day at Bletchley Park.

We had the most wonderful stay at Haversham House. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Best of all, it felt like a home from home. Adam is a fabulous host and looked after us so well, with such attention to detail. We booked as we were visiting Bletchley Park with two elderly relatives. This was the perfect location - moments walk from Loch Fyne (delicious fish restaurant!) in the beautiful village of Woburn, and a 10min drive to Bletchley. We all loved it!

The house has a really warm welcoming aura as did the host. I felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I stepped through the door. This property is filled with many wonderful pieces of art and there are many points of interest in every room and on every landing. It was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. It really, really is a fabulous place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Cannot fault my stay at the wonderful Havisham House!

We made our booking only a few weeks before we stayed at Havisham House and asked if we could bring our Sprocker, PJ. Adam ( the owner) immediately called us from his holidays in Turkey to confirm the arrangements. When we arrived on Friday we were immediately blown away by the warmth of the welcome from our host Adam and his top quality home. Adam arranged for us to stay in Dickens on the top floor which had an entrance lobby where PJ could sleep. The room was luxuriously furnished and overlooked the lush garden through a juliet balcony, perfect! The continental breakfast was just what we needed and the common kitchen, dining and sitting rooms were also luxuriously finished. A real home from home!

Nothing really! The phone signal in Woburn is very poor and this also affected the stability of the Internet, but we didn't go on a weekend break to sit glued to our screens so not a problem!

What a delight. Superbly appointed room and ensuite shower room. Very stylish and spotlessly clean. Adam was a charming host and very welcoming. What more can one ask for. We wanted to visit a restaurant in Woburn and Havisham House was less than a minute walk away. There are other restaurants a few minutes’ walk away, so a good location. A visit in the summer, when the garden would be available to sit in, would be the only improvement I can think of. We will definitely be back and soon.

Adam was a very welcoming host and we felt very comfortable in his beautiful home. Everything was spotless, warm and carefully designed for the guest's comfort; we enjoyed the extra downstairs sitting area. We stayed in Dickens, a really spacious room with a lovely view of the garden. The restaurants in Woburn, particularly Fratellis which is practically next-door, were great and the house was perfectly positioned for Woburn park.
