The lady that owns Cedarville is fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Helped us with phone numbers for a Chinese takeaway as we were arriving very late, gave us a sausage parcel for our dog every breakfast and gave us a bigger room when I added my son to the booking very last minute! Breakfast was great too. Photo is of the field next to the property, which was ideal for a quick walk with the dog before breakfast! Beach is of course very close too - 7 min walk.

A firmer mattress would’ve been our preference. Not vital but yoghurt and fresh fruit at breakfast would’ve been an added extra.

I was very warmly greeted by Stephanie and made to feel at home and welcomed. The room was exactly as I booked and presented clean I loved the touch with my own personal robe and slippers. The bed was extremely comfortable and I commented to Stephanie of the lovely smell of the bedding and towels. The bathroom and shower were newly refurbished and the shower was lovely I had a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed a personal chat with Stephanie she really looked after me going further than you would normally expect the personal touch is great and Stephanie is the star of the accommodation for sure. Would recommend this location.

The weather 😎 but that was outside Stephanie's control.

Booked on behalf of my mother and father in law for their birthday weekend. Stayed 2 nights over the jubilee weekend, they can't give enough thanks to stephanie for such a fantastic weekend. She was so kind, my father in law struggles with walking and she delivered them breakfast in bed the second morning after she had found out about this. She honestly couldnt have done enough for them. We all visited for the day and she allowed all 9 of us to use the dining room facilities to open presents and even bought a cake for them both and a card. A real life angel. THANK YOU STEPHANIE!! Their room was cozy and clean, delicious breakfast and the hotel in itself was well set out and warm. We will be back again soon, all 9 of us😁

The stay was too short, they could have done an extra 5 nights!!!

Our second time with Steph at Cedarville. We stayed in the family room this time as we had our 2 dogs with us so we had loads of room. Loved hearing the ducks and chickens just outside. Steph is wonderful so friendly and chatty and can't do enough for you. Alfie (border collie) & Nessa (labrador) just love Steph - think that could also have something to do all the cuddles and of course the sausages:) Hopefully we'll be back again next year.

Everything was perfect

It was spotless. The breakfast was excellent. The star of the show was Stephanie the owner of the B&B. She was very friendly, charismatic and she catered for everyone’s individual needs with such care and generosity of spirit. From greeting you each morning with her beautiful smile and cheery good morning she brightens your day like a ray of sunshine. Thank you Stephanie for a lovely stay, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing

Absolutely fantastic location next to the Lighthouse - the local landmark. Immaculate clean room overlooking the garden, ensuite bathroom that supplied fluffy towels and soft dressing gowns what else do you need for a good rest after all-day driving. The bed was so comfy that we didn't want to leave it and almost missed the breakfast time. Stefanie the owner made us feel at home and cooked delicious breakfast. And the last but not the least - very dog friendly! There's a big field for dog walking just around the corner.

Stephanie put herself out by taking me shopping because I have some disabilities met the family all were lovely 🤩 had a good time there. . Breakfast was good 😊 definitely would return in a heart beat. Accomodation was nice too. Would definitely recommend her to other people thank you Stephanie 😀

Friendly people in withernsea.and had a lovely few days away. Everything local light house and sea front and some little unique stores to visit .

It was clean and comfortable, warm and welcoming. The host, Stephanie, was very friendly and went above and beyond, even letting us stay past check out time if we needed. She made a wonderful big breakfast which was included in the price and catered to all needs. Would stay here again definitely.

Couldn’t fault it.

Stephanie was lovely super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous and even sausages for the dogs (Stephanie is now a friend for life to Alfie and Nessa) She is obviously a big dog lover - dogs can tell :) The beds were so comfortable. We only stopped one night wish we could've stayed longer but we will hopefully be back soon. Our first time at Withernsea and won't be our last, lovely place so clean and everybody so friendly. Stephanie is in the middle of renovations which she apologized for but there was no need it didn't affect our stay in any way. Short walk to the shops, cafes and beach etc so we could leave the car. Thank you Stephanie it was a real pleasure to meet you..hope to see you again soon xx
