Newsham Grange Farm

Loved the cottage. Had everything you could possibly want in it. Was a fantastic place to stay. Sue was an incredible host, very friendly and George the rotti was very welcoming!

The pool heater needed to have been put on before we arrived as my kids couldn't really swim in it for the first few days as it was so cold. But we asked Sue, and she popped the heating on. It took a few days and started warming up. Just would have been great if it was warmer on arrival.

Honestly we had the best time! The staff were so so friendly and attentive, but chilled too, not in your face like some b&b owners can be. We used the pool & hot tub which were just amazing! I got a glass of wine delivered to the pool side and honestly felt like I was abroad! The breakfast was lovely too! It’s a great location to explore. We can’t wait to return and I’ve been telling all our family and friends about this place :) thank you ladies!

Nothing it was all perfect!

The accommodation was very clean and very well furnished and comfortable. The facilities in the room were very good. The shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. The owner of the property was friendly and kind. The breakfast was well cooked with good choice of food to eat.

At night, a light from outside my room still partially lit the room even with the curtains closed. The sound of the shower of the room next door was quite noisy when being used.

Beautiful property. We loved having a private hot tub and using the pool too was almost private as it was nice and quiet. The velvetiser was an amazing touch and the coffee machine with pods. Also really loved having robes and slippers- felt like a luxury hotel!

It was very hot in the rooms because they didn’t have windows that opened. This was compensated by them having fans but it was noisy in the night.

Stunning B&B lovely welcome from Sue and pooch George 🐕 my room was immaculate, a lovely dual window room, great facilities, white bedding on a comfy king size bed, I slept like a baby, shower lovely and warm with fluffy white towels. Breakfast was delicious both cooked and fresh fruit. Just wish I had more time to try out the lovely pool and hot tub, but was more in need of sleep after a long day. Looking forward to my next visit.

Stunning place! Absolute bargain for what you get! Absolutely gorgeous, you will not be disappointed. Clean spacious room, lovely comfortable beds, no noise whatsoever from other guests, pool and jacuzzi look like you could be at a villa in Italy! Great range on offer for breakfast, I didn't need lunch, must try the homemade marmalade. Would love to return.

Sue was absolutely lovely, always around and couldn’t have gone out of her way more for us. Room was clean & spacious, bed was super comfy. We didn’t have time to make sure of the facilities but we want to come back next summer. The views were spectacular, we will be returning just as a couples night away for sure. George the dog was an added extra!

Nothing to fault!

The property was very clean, well located and the owners were very friendly. We stayed here for a wedding close by and would definitely return if we were in the area again. The breakfast was particularly great - thank you

It would have been nice to have some shower gel in the shower as we forgot to bring some, but only a small point and still worth a 5 star review!

The whole experience of staying at Newsham Grange Farm was wonderful! The property itself is lovely..........very relaxing setting and the bedroom and en-suite bathroom was so amazing in design and decor and well provided for for refreshments and toiletries etc. Sue is a lovely friendly host and her breakfast was first class! We would definitely stay here again!

I loved this place, in such a beautiful setting!. The room was lovely, larger than i expected, lots of storage very comfortable with some nice little touches, robes and slippers. Bed was so comfortable best one I've ever slept in when away!. Sue was lovely, and made us so welcome!. This is a gem, wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend!.
