everything was good, location was good and facilities were good. Even better was the staff at reception and the night porter. The lady in reception was really good. She moved my room to be near reception because I was travelling alone. I was stuck in horrendous traffic on M62 and couldn’t make the check in time. She arranged a self check in and told me to phone night porter if I need help. The night porter was very good. He helped me get in and find my room then he showed me how to get in and out. Excellent staff. i will be booking again.

Very good size and bright room with double beds and kitchen if feeling goes to stay longer with good value price. Like a good "American Motel" for short or long stays. And their restaurant next to it provides a very tasty breakfast at a reasonable price (must be booked at the reception as not part of the room deal)

We had a room facing above opposite the kitchen and the corridor had smell of cooking (maybe from a room or the kitchen) would be nice to improve their ventilation. But no smell in the room then it was alright

Spacious rooms, with two parts of the rooms separate with kitchenette and toilet/bath in the middle. Felt like two separate rooms. Nice and clean. Friendly staff.

We could not check in after 6pm as reception would be closed. This meant we had to travel there in the morning before going to Alton Towers, which meant we didn't get to Alton Towers until 2 hrs after opening. Also, there were no fans or irons in the rooms. It was an uncomfortably hot night, even with the windows open.

I've stayed here 3 times now travelling for work. As a touring musician I'm constantly up and down the UK and Lymedale is very close to the M6 which makes it a perfect half-way stopping point. The facilities are great! As I usually book suites with a kitchen it really helps keep food costs down as we're able to cook for ourselves. On my most recent stay, I was travelling back up from London and wasn't going to be able to check in before 6pm as advised on their website. I contacted the property and Sandy arranged a late check in for me by locking my room keys in an outside lock box. I text her to let her know that we were in safe and all was well and she wished me a pleasant sleep. The staff are always friendly and I will absolutely be staying here in the future.

Good size comfortable beds, both bedrooms had TV, nice little kitchenette. Mostly clean though cleaners need to check in drawers and cupboards for items left by previous occupants!

Walls were a bit thin - could hear our neighbours full phone conversation and them having a wee at 4 in the morning!! Apart from soundproofing, I’m not sure how they could remedy that though! If staying for Alton Tower be aware it’s around a 40 minute drive away!

Really simple check-in process, friendly staff, our rooms were lovely and clean, comfortable beds and good pillows. Would be happy to stay here again and recommend to others.

Not a complaint, but a very small gripe - tea and coffee provided (thank you ), but only one milk pod for 4 people. Unfortunately, this was noticed after reception had closed, so we were unable to pop down for spares. Everything else was fab!

We had plenty of space, 2 separate bedrooms which was great for privacy and a kitchenette. Communication from the property was excellent.

The heating was on when we arrived, and the rooms were incredibly hot.When the windows were open you could hear the road and this wasn’t a problem in itself, and no fault of the proprietors. However, I think every boy racer in Stoke was using the road whilst we were there, revving and roaring their engines.

This place is brilliant. Second time my mum and I have stayed here and the rooms are just perfect. Twin beds on opposite sides of the room, lovely shower room, kitchenette, fridge, ironing board, sofa, huge Tele, desk. Fabulous, could happily stay a week. Not far from the centre, it is walkable but it is on a major, busy road so having a car is preferable but not compulsory. It's very close to The Milehouse Restaurant where were ate an evening meal and it was lovely. Despite being a large Motel and being on a main road, it was very quiet.

No Free Cancellation offered. Quite strict check in times and the need for both parties to provide proof of ID.

The room was clean and well appointed - the shower worked well. Considering the industrial bleakness of the area, the management made the best of what they had, and clearly cared about the presentation of the accommodation - for example the bedding and towels were in good condition, and (unlike most 'economy' hotels) there was an abundant supply of good quality toilet paper!

Some coffee whitener should have been provided, but everything else was good for an hotel of this type.

Very pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and cleanliness.Everything was tidy and nicely prepared l.Clean and very comfortable bed and sheets. Really recommending this Suites,will definitely return next time.

There was a live band playing that evening and we had room right above the pub so couldn't fall insleep earlier then midnight but we were aware of it. Also the checking in could be more flexible hours as had to leave the venue just to go to chec-in.
