The hosts were lovely and completely welcoming. The room & facilities was very clean & tea, coffee & fresh milk was provided on my arrival. The wifi worked well so I was able to complete my work. The breakfast was nice, I had a range of different breads to have for toast and spreads were provided along with orange juice & coffee.

The rooms didn’t have locks on the doors - whilst I felt completely safe in the b&b (because I was the only one there) if other guests were in the rooms I wouldn’t have felt safe. The facilities are a shared bathroom, again I was lucky to have the b&b to myself, if you don’t like to share facilities this might not be the place for you.

the overall friendliness and cleanliness was amazing. The bed was clean and very, very comfortable too. Great recommendation for local places to eat. The hosts were so welcoming and couldn’t have done more for me.

The only thing that I had to get my head around was no bedroom door lock. You truly are a guest in someone’s home and I don’t have door locks in my home, nor do these owners. It was my problem to get my head around and remember what and where I was booking.

Perfect location for a concert at Thetford Forest if you are happy to drive (around 20 minutes). Good sized rooms and was able to accommodate rooms close together and with the bed requirements we needed. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and make your feel at home.

John and Carolyn were so welcoming and such lovely people, the room had a beautiful garden view, the bed was really comfortable and the location was absolutely fantastic! If you like a nice quiet location with a genuine home from home feel then look no further, you will not be disappointed. A truly beautiful home with really lovely hosts!

Everything. Warm welcome, very helpful, ideal location in Mildenhall, incredibly clean throughout, very comfy bed, shower and/or bath. Breakfast was of cereals, croissant, toast and preserves plus tea or coffee which would be my preference. If you wanted a Full English there's a very good cafe 5 minute walk away. I honestly couldn't fault it .... recommended!!

Homely atmosphere, helpful and friendly hosts, great bathroom, peaceful situation overlooking garden. Great as an air b and b. Vicky and Andrew would say the cat, Suzy :)

The location wasn't perfect for my work but the 20 min commute was worth it due to the valuable room that I got for what I paid.

the hosts carolyn and john were really nice and friendly we travelled down from merseyside to vist raf lakenheath and raf mildenhall facilities were great and breakfast was really nice from Dan.

It was a pleasure to stay at Silver Lodge, the owners were fantastic and very welcoming, all the rooms were very clean and very comfortable, I highly recommend staying here, and I am 100% sure we will be back.

Lovely hosts. We were made to feel like one of the family. There wasn’t a full English breakfast but that suited us and as I was feeling under the weather they kindly made me some porridge. I would definitely stay here again.
