Heritage View Guest House

Heritage View Guest House is a lovely, warm decorated house against the Hill with spectaculair views on the valley and the Iron bridge. Our host Jules gave us a warm enthusiastic welcome. We felt inmediately at home. Two comfortable chairs, a cup of tea, a slice of Victorian sponge cake and the view from our open window in the Captain Webbs room gave us a relaxed feeling. It was a pity that we only booked for one night, we could have stayed here easy for a week and discover the beautiful surroundings from Ironbridge and enjoy our staying in the house. The next day after a wonderful breakfast we got a big hug from Jules and promised to come back. Thank you Jules you are doing a wonderful job by making people very happy!

A fantastic location with direct view of the bridge and surroundings. The house is full of character, warm and welcoming as is Jules. Great communication from her before arriving. Our room was just beautiful with two armchairs situated by a light window to take full advantage of the view. Our welcome included two large pieces of Victoria sponge to enjoy with a cuppa. The White Hart pub provided us with a tasty substantial meal and was less than 10 mins walk.Quality bedding ensured a good nights sleep. Jules cooked us a full English breakfast after fruit and yogurt. All was delicious. Jules is friendly and accommodating and we were sorry to say goodbye.

The owner is just loverly she makes you so welcome as you arrive, the room we stayed in was top notch, comfy attention to detail just great, the breakfast was mmmmmm loverly nothing was too much trouble...

The location for parking is difficult especially a large touring motorcycle but the owner tried her very best for us. One thing you should know if you want take a stroll into the town its very steep so if you are not fit get a taxi but for us it was great feeling the burn after a few beers and a nice meal...

Excellent breakfast and a varied selection of locally sourced products. The yoghurt was truly delicious and although we didn't have a cooked breakfast the couple next to us did and they said it was superb.

Nothing! Everything was brilliant. Jules (the owner) is such an amazing lady and she runs this guest house with love and attention to detail which shows in everything she does. We felt truly spoilt in this place and sorry we were only there for one night.. We even got some fresh chocolate brownies in our room and to take away on our departure which was lovely. Highly recommend anyone wanting a place to stay in Ironbridge to choose this guest house - you will not be disappointed!

Everything was good for our one night stay B&B. We were welcomed as we drove up to the house and helped with parking. We were helped with our suitcases up to our room. The hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was spacious and light with a good view over Ironbridge gorge. There was a piece of cake laid out for us on our arrival and fresh milk was provided for the tea-making facilities. The bathroom was a good size with a cubicle shower. We had a comfortable night's sleep and a lovely breakfast in the breakfast room, as pre-ordered the day before. Again, we were helped with our suitcases on departure.

All good.

We booked a one night stay room only. Wish we had stayed longer as the Heritage was in a great location with fantastic views from the Ironbridge Room. Watching the sunset from our room and the lights appear on the bridge after dark was magical. We parked a little up the road where there was plenty of space in a layby, and more areas further up the lane. In the morning we walked into the village for our breakfast where there are several cafes and restaurants.

Jules is a very warm, friendly and welcoming host, couldn't fault. The minute you step into the Heritage you enter a stylish clean and comfortable house. The room was clean, towels so soft!. the little extras like the cake, the toiletries were very welcome. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The view from the room was beautiful, looks just like in the photos. The owner Jules was very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, advised on places to eat and even included a piece of cake in our room for our arrival which was a lovely touch. We chose to do room only as prefer to have breakfast later in the morning, so was nice to have that option with the bnb, but there were plenty of places a few minutes walk away and we had breakfast closer to the river. Only stayed 1 night but was a really lovey place to stay.

There wasn't designated bnb parking as such, but was some parking spots literally just further up the road, so that wasn't an issue.

The room was clean and had lots of local character including two comfortable victorian chairs with a small coffee table along with cake and a selection of teas to enjoy upon arrival. It is located on a hill overlooking the bridge and the view from our window was spectacular. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early which was appreciated.

The street where it is located is extremely narrow and was difficult to maneuver our car, but we were able to park for free right out in front, so it was only a minor inconvenience and couldn't be helped due to its location in a small town.

Julie is a lovely and incredibly attentive host making our stay seem as though we were visiting family. The room itself was one of our favourites to date, beautifully decorated, spacious and clean with an incredible view which we struggled to leave! The breakfast was a huge plus too, we left feeling very full and with a bag of homemade brownies to enjoy with a coffee down in ironbridge (2 minute walk away) Such a lovely time at her stunning place. We will not hesitate to return.

I cannot fault the place. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving.
