breakfast options could have been better, especially with it being above a restaurant. Also would have preferred tea coffee facilities in the room not the hall way

The room was comfy and spotlessly clean the food was absolutely amazing close to all amenities the continental breakfast was alright aswell oh and I think the cinema down the road want their screen back it is in our room omg that tv is massive

I messaged through booking .com to book a table for the evening of our arrival I was told I would have to do it myself through the website and that wanted card details to book I thought means I was going to be staying there they would of done it for us however when we checked in the lovely girl did it for us with no problem at all that was the only issue we had and it should really of not been an issue it left a bad taste well untill we got our food and omg it was absolutely amazzziing

The breakfast was just right plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere, the room was faultless it was spacious and had everything you needed the ensuite was fabulous with a large walk in shower. We used the restaurant on the first night the choice on the menu was very good the service was excellent it's nice to see businesses bouncing back after covid.

If I had to be really picky it would only be the clothes hangers in our wardrobe they were a mish mash and for small items of clothing "Hadden room" the overall experience was 10/10.

Spacious, clean and modern. Quiet too considering proximity to road. Small but functional shower room. Decent size TV, two armchairs, ample storage and large work/dressing table. Help-yourself buffet continental breakfast is laid out in lobby between rooms with kettle, tea, coffee, toaster, cereals etc. Friendly staff and excellent food in restaurant. Convenient location just 2 mins walk from town centre shops etc.

Would have preferred in-room tea/coffee facilities so you don't have to get dressed to get an early cuppa, however this minor point wouldn't put us off staying here again.

Our room was spotless, luxurious and extremely comfortable - it had a fabulous bed, bathroom and a bijou corner with beautiful easy chairs and coffee table. All furnishings were very high quality and we mustn't forget the coffee machine with loads of pods. Breakfast was great and the restaurant excellent, offering a delicious selection of meat, fish and vegetarian meals.There's private parking and the hotel central for all amenities and not far from the station. All staff were very warm and helpful - we stayed a week as we'd just moved house. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Lovely spacious room. Free parking. We were going to a wedding and they let us leave our bags downstairs then left the bags in the room for us when we came back. Fan in the room. Blackout curtains. Really liked the breakfast set up. It’s all on the landing outside the rooms (sounds odd but you can’t hear anyone from inside the room and could make a cup of tea and take it back to bed!) Reasonably late check out.

Shower drain needed unclogging you ended up in a foot spa

Stopped for the 11th nov-13th nov, everything was spotless, the staff went above and beyond for us, it couldn’t have been situated any more practical then where it is, the Chatsworth room we stopped in was extra comfy bathroom immaculate, very spacious room, staff were really friendly especially the main guy! We also had food in the restaurant the chateaubriand was to die for, desert was amazing just a really pleasant stay with no hassle! Definitely be back there on the future!

The room was spacious, very nicely furnished and very clean. It was well-lit (unusual!) and there were 2 armchairs (also unusual). The shower was a spacious proper walk-in - not some tiny addition stuffed into a corner or contraption over a bathtub.

I would have liked a bit more room for breakfast - the space on the counter in the corridor was largely taken up by the food and the desk in the room is quite small so not an ideal alternative. The bedside lights were very stylish but their operation was rather baffling (that might be me). Pressing and holding the button seemed to dim or brighten them but I could only turn them off at the socket. Did I miss a switch somewhere? The traffic was a bit noisy on the first night, perhaps because the room was at the front, but some way of reducing the noise would make it more restful.

Staff were friendly and helpful, We enjoyed total privacy whilst confident that we could request assistance if necessary. We suspected that the room may be noisy above a resteraunt but this was not the case even on a busy Friday evening our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet-style and there was an extensive choice of everything one could wish for.

The only minor remark was that the shower appeared very slow to drain, which was not serious but may be worth noting for future residents. Everything else was perfect.

I was travelling for work so didn't arrive until 19.30, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, showing me to my room and ensuring everything was ok, I had the ribeye steak in the restaurant which was amazing, everywhere spotless couldn't have been more friendly, if in the area again I will definitely be staying again.
